Imagine

Try to imagine a world without hope where women are nothing more than chattel. And oft kidnaped to be wives or traded for a few dollars or a few cattle. Imagine the humiliation of getting yanked from their teacher's helpless arms. And being brutally raped at knife-point; driven far from their villages and farms. Now, imagine that the Boko Haram savagely molested your child that way. And the rest of the world stood by and watched; as these heartless monsters got clean away. You'll never know the horror these girls feel; it's difficult to believe; it's real.

What a powerful write Emile! So sad that we don't have to imagine, that it is real for those 273 girls, now one is pregnant, unbelievable. Your pen shines golden on this tragedy!
