I Am Waiting To See

I waited for the sunrise and this is what I saw. Although, my personal photos get blurry when entered. In the darkness of early morning, the stars still fill the sky Twinkling, winking at the sun that is getting ready to rise In the cold brisk air there is wonder all around A new day can bring so many special things I wait to see the light shine upon me, wishes upon the stars Standing in the snow, like a statue, before I move inside - I am waiting to see - Then it starts, the light shines bright and I feel it deep within Grateful for these views at home, another day, another smile Heidi Sands 12/2/22
