Hush
A hush in the light of evening star
with the sparkle of pearlescent moon.
This night is a poem, a memoir
for we two by the Goddess of Lune.
Air so fragile, it holds but soft words,
whispers gather like a spider's weave
Gentle summer breeze is slowly stirred
scent of blossoms and raindrops perceived.
Lightning dances in clouds from afar.
air embraces like promises kept
Midnight blue mingles with silver star
quiet--soft as a damselfly's step.
