Harps Of Light
. . . . . . . . . . . . .
swaying reeds chiming with the breeze
as silver branches dart strumming a dream,
at will, beneath harps of light
rainfall pours like a fluid spout…
in this sacramental space, quiet stalls
and a single cypress stands guard
allowing stars to roam along the marsh,
here, candles pray for soothing grains
interlude of night tucking eyes of blue earth...
and then to rest, to sleep, to dream
