the cold north wind blows
birds dash into the darkness…
no light in winter.

zebra finch on tree
chirping midst perfumed blossoms:
children adore birds.

Both are beautiful Haikus.... Victor. Not only children but elders too love birds ! I haven't seen many haiku from you. I have recently developed a special liking for them .
