Listen to poem:
As light danced red to horizon's end I was captured, under stars born in a luminous sky with a rising moon and its dreamer's glow I found enchantment in a moment's pause when I surrendered to the breathless view of beauty How still the world seemed your face held forever in my heart as the silhouette of your form stayed motionless against the night in a vision of misty dreams where heartbeats are felt I welcomed your eyes like a sparrow seeking refuge in a storm trying to cross the bridge to your heart mine was captured, by whispers of love a prisoner held without restraint free to wander in wondrous thoughts through the lush meadows of destiny when love was born unaware of its first breath when your eyes lifted and your mouth smiled inviting me to enter a world only dreams are made of 3/26/17

Hello Frederic. This entry is stunning and poetic in every way starting with the title. It was so well rounded and the ending is a marvelous thought and touch. Well done in its entirety.

A tender, romantic poem, Frederic. The imagery of her form against the setting sun is vivid and described creatively. You take me back to a time when passion filled my heart. Beautiful!
