~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ sometimes I feel like an expired carton of eggs, like a library filled with books that no one reads anymore, obsolete like a carton of milk whose expiration has long past

thanks, Silent One..you're right...it's not that bad...truly.. Some of my 'older' friends and I were talking and they were way more concerned than I about feeling 'expired' hence the poem.

Help! Yes, we do share similar feelings, usually not on the same days...depends on who and what we encounter on a given day. As long as we're together, I don't really feel obsolute... :-)
