Stunning write Greg, I thought this would place higher but each sponsor has their criteria, the others were excellent also, congrats on placing in a difficult premium contest!

Ha! Thank you, My Friend, not many people notice that, but it is the core meaning of my last name ... Really glad you enjoyed this little one, as it is a favorite of mine. I was actually in a dark place when I wrote it, but this poem turned that around, making something positive out of a negative situation, and that is, to ME, the importance of writing the darker pieces.

I just love the read, I read it a few times, it is glorious to read out loud, I just love your word selection, aliment, amaranthine, terrene, edacious, wow you've got an amazing vocab brother!

Yes, my friend, it does indeed, and it is one of my favorite words, so I TRY to not over-use it ... "try" being the operative word here, lol. Really pleased you liked this W2!
