Why do I forever need to remind myself to look beyond the mirror? I’ll never find the old me behind what’s faded and wilted. It’s gone with the passing of time. Time that was all too short. I really thought it would go on forever. And now it’s gone. All I have left are the crumbs of what’s called wisdom and I constantly remind myself… To remember what I traded to acquire it. And not be so shocked every time I happen to glance towards that mirror. Ah, Line--the sad truth is in the mirror. We skipped through youth thinking we'd avoid age, but it caught us. You captured this so perfectly. Congratulations on win!

Ah.."Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?" "The old me and the new me". Perhaps they both hold hands. It is hard to look and hard to not look at that reflection. I find it both sad and scary, proud and brave.

The way we look at other (and our own) forms ~ soul eternal, luminous, in our heart centre! We are That! God bless. Beautiful craft, as always, Line! Enjoyed
