Cold Pasta Salad
Cold pasta salad
Is something that I adore.
I can make it in ten minutes or less
Before flying out the door.
It's become my pot luck staple,
I take it to each event.
No matter how large a bowl I make,
I wonder where it all went.
I prefer colourful pasta,
Then I just add whatever's handy.
Nuts, veggies, cheese and dressing of choice
And it always tastes just dandy.
