Dreams are never-ending Fluffy and white We want them to be solid But we know they never might The world is made for dreamers Who's transient ideas Fly high above all others Floating careless of all fears Beyond the stars will twinkle When the lighting is just night Our dreams, they will caress them Like a party dress, just right Take my hand again I'll show you As we stand under the sky A new landscape filled with promise Only for the dreamer's eye

Hello, Sam. I apologize for being remiss in not congratulating you on your potd. I've just listened to your recording of your poem... twice. Your voice and the way in which you pause at proper moments made it quite enjoyable. I could envision it with my eyes closed. Dreamers always have the best view, no matter the direction they choose to glean.

Dreams are what life is made of. Its the spark that entreprenuers dare make real. For you need that spark we speak of to attack the future with zeal. i don't know what a POTD is. LOL so I am going to have to go find the contest now. Bravo. I love this poem.

only for the dreamer's eyes...a fantastic ending to an uplifting poem. Soaring high above the clouds reminds me of Jonathan Livingston Seagull and him breaking away from the crowd. He was a dreamer, too. Congrats on POTD. Am faving this one, enjoy your day! Sara

Dear Sam- many congratulations on POTD with your beautiful Clouds poem. Like so many, I love watching them . Find them fascinating and at times, quite therapeutic. Lovely rhymes and flow and I love the imagery ‘Fluffy and white’ ‘Beyond the stars will twinkle’ and I love the line,’Our dreams, they will caress them’ and the last two concluding lines.
