Congratulations Paul, short but vividly expressed! Greeks love their garlic and not only for cooking with. Have you ever been shown or told of the evil eye, it is a small blue bead with an eye and hanging with it is a whole clove of garlic, not real of course, plastic, and this is meant to ward off bad spirits!
