I screwed up when making a tart Two lemons I’d squeezed at the start Much to my chagrin No juice was put in I’m convinced I had a brain fart! I was making a lemon tart for my husband, was in a rush and omitted to put the juice in – within a minute I realised my error, opened the oven and poured it into the mixture 11/01/21

Oh gosh, after reading this I am yearning for a lemon tart, which will come from the bakery because I could not make one if I tried :-( Are there any left?

And so now, that traditional recipe has been rewritten… ‘at some time or other, at your own convenience, bung in some lemon juice… or not… as you see fit… whatever!’ Now that's a recipe book I could follow. You cooked up a fine Limerick Jan. Terry

I'm sure it worked out well. I, too, we all have left out key ingredients in cooking. It is so frustrating.
