Beyond Mere Sight, Imagination

Clouds of many forms, shifting in the sky, Fading in and out, quietly passing by. Seeing floating forms in full animation, Requires a reset of mind’s vibration. For one must look deeply beyond mere sight, To see all the shapes in the dark and light. Open channels of imagination, Now you recognize the mind’s creation. Cloud after cloud they begin to connect, You still can’t decide just what to expect. Coming into focus from bleak contrast, The things you are seeing just cannot last. Seeing with faith through an opened mind’s eye, Created wonders in creation’s sky.

A beautiful sonnet that reminded me of my childhood days when we would lie on the grass or on the beach, and tell each other of the things we imagined in the cloud shapes while gazing up at them (sometimes agreeing and not).

God gave us imagination so he can transfer His thoughts into our hearts . The only concrete thing about God is His love, the rest is so subtle that only a Faithful soul that adores can understand the depth of His language, :)
