Because of You

Because of you-
My heart has found its way...

At Messiah's halls
in a youthful haze,
by a bridge made of
locust and oak
Our hearts were
entwined in
love and grace.

Your blossoming faith illuminated
paths I never knew.
Rebirth for the first time,
my spirit rejoiced.

My love, the years have flown
like a gentle breeze.
Each day with you, a gift
beyond compare.

Your smile, a balm that sets
my heart at ease.
Your touch, a comfort
sweet and cherished,
so very rare.

Because of you...
I touch the Sun – your warmth

in every ray.
Fly me to the Moon
on love's sweet wings.
Walk among the Stars
where dreams hold sway...

Just the way you are,
oh, my heart's pulsating
delightful days.

My Lady, My Love, 
in your eyes,
so bright and blue,
I am a knight in shining armor.
To thee, I’ll be true,
defending our love through
day and night.

Let every heartbeat
Declare: I... LOVE... YOU! –
with all my might!

Because of you++
Our journey of forty-two years

counts strong and pure.
Our three daughters, 
three sons-in-law,
our kin and then.

Our granddaughters' laughter,
memories secure,
for in love and faith,
our hearts forever
begin to beguine within.

Together, you and I will
tango through life's
grand and challenging chores –
for in you, my dear love,
I've found life's most
precious prize.

My blessed wife
our love is heavenly eternal –
reaching to the boundless
shores and
endless skies.

Because of you...
My dearest love

my life's a joyous
new song…
Our love in Christ
grows ever truer
and forever strong

For love lifts us up 
where we belong
and it is all...
