A Child's Plea
Dirty rotten scum
to take the life of an innocent one
torn away from my childhood
but not yet thrown into adulthood
you've given me a life of pain
certain to only knowing, that never
again, will the days be the same
but I have found my new freedom
here, within these mighty walls
known as Gods kingdom
