Glaciers And Fijords in Olden, Norway

Blue hibernation tones Frost shrunk the leaves curled Frog that jumped into an icy pond burrowed deep into the earth - even the shadow turned to ice (alternative possibility for survival ) Love winter for those short moments, when the clouds break up and the sun's rays shine With my icy hands, I cling to the miracles of joy

Thanks for sharing this... exposing me to your place through your unique poetic style. Thanks likewise for your friendship along your uplifting comments... Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Wonderful poem, Anne-Lise, with a perfect ending! I saw my first snow of the season today, which, despite how pretty it looks, didn’t really bring me much joy…

Beautiful, dear Anne-Lise. Such an interesting choice of words in this piece. Nature knows how to deal with the extreme cold. We need to learn. Loved the ending of the Sun's smile. Hope the sun always shines and warms your heart.

Beautiful poem.... dear friend. "With my icy hands, I cling to the miracles of joy" If it is sunny, winter becomes a joy. From your poem I feel, you greatly enjoy snow. Have a happy season dear Anne. Love and hugs.
