Soup Mail

you have to click on a poem of the person you want to send mail to. and there should be a soup bowl symbol. cant fully remember if its next to the poem title or the poets name though sorry.

Is there life on Mars?
|
i put no because although there are clearly simple celled organisms i don't really count them as life. logic would suggest that there are intelligent forms of life somewhere out there. it seems odd that we would be the only planet capable of creating life. but theres certainly none within our solar system

Is there life on Mars?

water cannot be classed as life because it requires no sustanance and cannot reproduce. flowers are alive trees are alive ants are alive lions are alive. water isnt. fact. lol

a good poem, no need to make anymore changes than you already have. its got a good flow as you intended and theres nothing at all wrong with using the word I.

the great will fall in the fall of math resonant shapes crumble tangents and radius' melt multiply pain by infinity and wallow in sadness
circles contain no answers mathbooks burn alone at night divide the earth in percentages the fall of math has come at last
we all evaporate into nothing logic has abandoned humanity if you cannot add things up then you will be subtracted
scream into the darkness scream with all your might scream for the return of math
no-one answers but emptiness nothing answers but pi
math has finally fallen. mourn

i spit words much better than you there is nothing at all that you can do check out my spelling and my epic grammar i'll smash your face in with a claw hammer i carve my name in all your brains remember me like the smell when it rains with my fists of fury i'll knock you out no-one can tell what the hell im on about my poems make you think sit down fools and take a drink while i amaze you all with my dark power no-one wants to read a poem about a flower or a fluffy cloud or falling in love we want to read about death from above i go against the grain and dont get a lot of views but that certainly doesnt mean i'll go boo hoo hoo it makes me stronger faster smarter dont count me out i'll have your guts for garters
so what have we learned from me today listen quite closely to what i do and say don't self publish its ever so vain im sure it'll cause you nothing but pain when you get rejected it cant be what you all expected im the best poet in the world bar none better than byron shelley keats and donne i best be off to write a dreary haiku oh wait thats not me its obviously you

Poem Titles
|
im one of the people who write poems with long titles without capital letters and not much punctuation, so i guess you've never read one of mine. i rarely spell things wrong but i utilise long titles no capitilisation and basic punctuation as a stylistic element of my poems. why should they be bogged down by rules. poetry is about expressing yourself not sticking to what people "think" you should do.

it's all good. I didn't really start writing poems to become a millionaire anyway.lol. as long as we all like what we write then life is good.

swearing in poems
|
it just seems very outdated. i understand they don't want poems saying eff this and eff that and being swearing for swearing sake, but surely the odd swear can make a poem better. shakespeare swore so it cant be that bad.

this is a really good poem but to be honest a lot of people don't use the forums and even less are prepared to comment on poems
