I'm new here!

Hi everyone!
My name is Liz. I am new here. Been writing poetry on and off but feel there's more to learn and could improve.
Just thought I'd introduce myself.
I love writing haiku poems but would like to learn other types of poetry like tanka.
I have written many love poems and some nature ones and ones leaning towards meditation and yoga as I love those as hobbies too.

attempting to write a tanka poem - new to this!
|
gardens full of trees
ponds full of waterlillies
all pink and yellow
some beautiful blue mayfly
landong on the green grasses
