What to Submit?
1 original, poem on the theme of one of the following....Plumber, Teacher, Chef, Poet, Astronomer.
Only Limerick form is acceptable... 1 or 2 stanzas.. Keep your syllable counts uniform. Here is an example of a limerick with a uniform syllable count, written by Jan Allison.
Old Ferdie had a bushy beard
When bathing some birds just appeared
Two cocks and a hen
A rook and a wren
Were nesting, it truly was weird!

Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — illustrations or fancy fonts are allowed.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
