Contest Description

Pleas put Come to the Waters somewhere on the title page so I won't read a poem for the contest by mistake. If you have already entered a poem don't worry about it, but you could change it if you like.
This is a two part instruction so read carefully all the information before writing your poem.
One read Isaiah 55 all the way through. You can type it in on the internet and go to the whole scripture. I prefer to use Bible Gateway where you can chose to read it from different translations. Think of this scripture speaking to you individually.
Then second part, look up positive works for personality traits. Find one, only one word that says how you really feel about yourself. Then write a poem combining how you feel God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit feel about you and how you feel about yourself.
I know this might be hard but if you can find quiet, restful and uplifting place at home, outside, at the ocean (beach), on a mountain top, or in a park, etc. any place where you can be quiet, think and meditate then write. You might learn something about yourself and what God feels about you.
Please remember I like shorter poems say 30 lines or less.
Thank you,
Sara
