Linda-Marie definitely touched a lot of us here on Soup, not just with her words, but with her vivacity and passion, and I do miss her presence here on Soup. I will definitely not forget her-- this is such a beautiful poem of hers, with such a striking message now that she's gone :'(....I do feel lucky that I got that chance to have been touched by her...

Linda touched my soul even I didn't had a chance to know her personally.. in her writings... self expressions and motivating poems... I can say.. she gently touched my life and created a big change on it..Linda.. YOu are missed ^_^

Linda-Marie is and will always be my best friend!! A woman who gave me so much inspiration and took me under her wing. Every poem I write has the "Sweatheart" stamp on it, because she was my mentor. Death can never take her from me, instead I write in her honor!! I love you with all my heart Sweetheart!!!:JP)

I see a great tribute presented here for a fine poet that has passed on. From reading the poem and the comments I see that she did make her mark and it was a great on! The poem chosen is indeed a great one. A very inspirational act on the part of the SOUP with the selection of such an inspirational poem!

Hi Sara. From what Soupers have found on the internet (an obit, that seems to be hers) we believe she has passed away. Considering her health was so fragile and that Ron was also very ill, it (sadly) seems to be the truth. When you create art from a poem, it gives a copyright for the day the ART was made, not the POEM, Hence copyright 2014 or later...

Ow tps I love you for this...Tnks for this tribute for our sweetheart of the soup.I had the chance to get to know Lindamarie by sharing some letters ..Christmas cards and small gifts.We shared our thoughts pains and joys too.I miss her..everyday a little bit more..This is one of her best poems..Am sure She s smiling from heaven.Love you Linda wherever you are:-)

wow, Soup. This is so nice of you to take one of her poems like this and show it to us all. I just love how you displayed it. Those are colors she would have adored. I really like the poem of hers that you chose to use here. It says so much about her and about you for choosing it.!!
