Darren White Biography

I am Darren, 22 years old. I write poetry in English, which is not my native tongue, not even my second language, but my third. Which is why you most probably will find a lot of crimes against grammar and spelling. Bear with me.

I can write in all sorts of conventional rhyme, but I prefer free verse. A few of my poems in Dutch have been published in an anthology. One of my English poems has been published in the "Love is Love" anthology for the (family of) victims of the Pulse-shooting in Orlando. I have recently (2018) published my first poetry collection "Intrinsic Brightness", availablde on Amazon.

I have translated Arabic poetry into English for Poetry Festivals. I like being Houdini, chained to the original poem and its conventions, yet freeing myself to deliver the best possible poem. I love it.

Soup website problem

I have to write this on my phone so I keep it short. I can ONLY reach the mobile Soup site. For days now I can only from time to time reach the normal website.I get a message that the site can't be reached. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a place where I can report this? Thanks.

I am having a problem with a shockwave flash that keeps crashing and making the comment and reply section impossible. It keeps reloading. Is this my computer? Sometimes when I come to the site late at night everything is fine.

We only have one website. It changes based on the width of your device. If you are on a mobile phone only, try turning your phone horizontally to view the full website. Otherwise, search for what you are looking for. The Mobile and Desktop versions have the same content but different interface.

Thank you for your reply. I have no problems with the mobile version, but intermittently with the full version, and only since about a week. I have tried several browsers, emptied caches, checked firewalls and restarted routerst already.

Thank you all for the comments. It's browser independent, since I use 3 different browsers.... I also checked my firewall but that's not it either. Sometimes (like now) I can login just fine and work, and type and comment, and then the next day I have this problem for about 1, 2 hours.... It started about a week ago.

It is O.K. n my laptop and my Android tablet. It could be the browser you are using. Type "site can't be reached" into your browser for further reading.
