Hey Friends,

I have to the Animals Speak Contest was the HARDEST contest I have had to judge. It' seems easier for you to speak about feelings...emotions when you relate there existence to nature and God. I loved the intensity of the poetry which came out of this contest write.

The top 3 were exquisite, the top 10 were WONDERFUL VERSES.

So many good verse that my next contest will be SPIRIT ANIMALS...these are animals whose soul you identify with...see the verse which won about the wolf by Amy Green. These animals become your life long guardian spirits...they have an affinity to YOU and YOU to them. My spirit animal guardians are mated owls and mated wolves. (Guess my psyche thought I needed the protection...LOL)

If you don't have a spirit animal yet this is what you do....1) you could pray for a vision while you sleep or daydream ask for an animal guardian to be sent to you 2) you can meditate on a forest scene and see you appears in your meditation 3) you can do a pysic journey and ask Earth mother & sky father to send you a guardian spirit http://www.theearthangelconnection.com/Power%20%20Animals.htm

Excited about the next contest, Deb...but like the others have said, ...I don't see it listed in the contest line-up....perhaps it has been spirited away...up up away into the universe!! I will meditate my poem to you........okay....did you get it??? LOL !!

I am not seeing the contest, Spirit Animals, in the list of contests, is it pending???? Congratulations to all the winners in the Animal Speaks contest, although my poem, My Little Dragon, did not place, I enjoyed writing about him.. I keep him in my pocket.. really!!!.. love Constance

Intensity and SWEAT... haha.. but so enjoyed your terrific contest ..as I do all of them.. u really make us extend our thoughts and dig deep to create something new...like the Prego commercial says.."its in there" ... congrats to all the winning poets and especially to the wonderful sponsor who demands our very best...and usually gets it..haha.... and I learned something new ... in this process... the connection fo animal life with our own... thankxxx my leopard has spoken...luv..
