Thank you dear soupers for the wonderful poems ~ the contest is judged, some great poems could not be included since the title was not 'break the mirror, as required.

I like the theme of your current contest. I think my problem is that I am so simplistic with my thinking and your themes are very philosophical! But at least they are a challenge that have helped poets come up with beautiful poetry!

The contests essentially require contemplation on the line of inquiry, as it resonates within. That is the primary requirement. It need not be what I hold as valid but the poet must explore the truth as it holds true for them. Next comes the poem itself of course, it should stir a chord, knock on soul’s door … so yes, we can call it subjective …
