Anthology Selection Process Update!

We just wanted to give you an update on the anthology.
We received almost 2000 submissions. Wow! Clearly, it takes a lot of effort and time to wade through all of those submissions.
We will complete the first reading today. Whew! Then, we will do a second reading and cleanup work.
Unfortunately, while many poets submitted FANTASTIC poems, they did not adhere to the theme of “uplifting poetry.” Some members just submitted great poems that had nothing to do with the theme. Those poems will not be in the anthology.
Thank you to those who adhered to the theme of positive thoughts and uplifting poetry.
We hope to have the book published within two weeks. Our deadline for publication is November 29.
