AH, Sunday

a solemn hush, a prayer

worshippers in gilded sin

heads bowed in repetitions

“not again”.

AH, Sunday

breakfast history, bacon crisp

togetherness, a fleeting glimpse

rituals that make no sense

AH, Sunday

the grill, the TV, football games

ageless children, mixed up names

AH Sunday

a punctuation mark

in life’s run-on sentence
