My life is in a shit house....

I don't think I can explain everything that has been going on in my life, but I will hit the high points.
Just from my point of view my husband hasn't had a steady job in 3 years. I was laid off of my job just last year in may 2011. We are loosing ours cars, and our house.
On top of this my health has taken a huge down fall. I was diagnosed with blood clots in my legs (DVT's) a few months ago. Apparently these are hard to get rid off. I have been in the hopspital 2 times and to the ER 4 times. As of now I still have large clots in my legs. I am unable to drive, walk more than a yard before I'm wipeded out, and so depressed!!!

There is so much more to tell, but I't can be hard to releive it all.
My life has been one trial after another; just read my poetry to see.

To end on I positive note, as you will also see in my poetry is that I am blessed with love. I have a husband I adore, children I worship, and parents that always provide.

I really just needed to vent.

Kirstie, I'll keep praying for you. My son was on life support in 2010 and I swear the prayers received saved his life. Don't understand why so many horrible things happen to so many good people. Hang in there.

Oh, Andrea, thank you so much for your kind words. You are right that unless I get some government assistance I am in deep shit. If only I was strong enough to tell you all the other problems going on. I really really do apprecite any help, support or prayer sent my way. Thank you.

Kirstie, I pray to God you are in a place that gives you medical coverage, because unless you can get onto Medicare here in the states, you can't even have medical help without insurance. I really hope you are on some health care program! I totally empathize with you. things are really CRAP right now for many people. And nothing good in sight! My hubbie and I are hanging on by a thread and I thank my lucky stars for that. I will include you in my prayers. YOu have too much to be worried about on top of the blood clot problem. Luv, Andrea

@ Mandy - I have also had 3 Pulmonary emboli. I fell one time on coumadin and almost died from that too (subderal hematoma). Now I have clots completely from my hip region all the way down to my feet. I guess I'm just in self-pity mode. it's one of the hardest to break free from.

Oh shucks, Kirstie, I'm sorry for what you are going through right now-- my mom has also been experiencing these horrible, horrible blood clots and it really seems so painful-- she's tried those compression stockings, but it also causes her allergies-- worst comes to worst, she might try surgery.... I hope that things turn better for you and your husband-- That really is great that you have a wonderful family, they truly are a blessing! And nice to see you back here :D

Hi Kirstie stick with it. I had a PE thirteen years ago which has damaged one of my lungs, I have a coupel sinces then and 4 DVTs I am on a huge dose of Warfarin for life, don't let it get you down if posssible I know that is easy to say and hard to do but you can get through this and believe you me here on the soup we love a good moan and are good listeners. I am s sorry about you financial worries and i hoe these get sorted out soon xx

I really appreciate you comments. @ Paula I am going for SSD however it is a long process and I am expecting to be denied the first time out. This year or so has been pretty tough, there are other family memories and friends going through similair if not quite devastaing cirrcumstantel. I'll keep you in my prayers. My husbands' diabetes affected his mind so he seldom held a job down for the first 20 years. My elilepsy , syncopy, tremors, and a heart that stopped 50% of the time almost destroyed us all. The problems it all created affected my son. We almost lost everything when my company(that paid all the bills) went down a couple of years ago. At the last minute I got on disability and saved the house. My hubby now takes insilin by needle and is actually working, but I now fall a lot. Prayers, to you and never give up, no matter what. I never did... and I understand the pain of it all. Take care and again my prayers.
