Fate

The abyss swallowed you
Into the ocean of despondency,
Right above death's holler,
And you couldn't quitclaim.
No skepticism, no demurrer—
You took fate lightly.

Memento Mori, your guts finally cried out
To space and sky.
No one to reckon with
But your aimless shadow.

What fate bestowed upon you
Is beyond your hamper,
And what claim have you to the Messiah
That the life that's yours isn't what you chose?

Take what's yours—
No one needs your debacle,
For each man has enough already.
If fate made you deplorable,
Make lime out of lemons,
Or otherwise, yada-yada-yada.

But what’s not acceptable
Is a sheep’s tears
And a wish not to live out your life.
If misery didn't visit you,
Who then should it claim?
For there to be balance in life,
You must accept fate—
And I too will accept mine.

I once ate a hot enchilada
to warnings I said yada yada
	they had rightly said
	eat the mild instead
Next time I’ll order a tostada

the stallion relies

on your stamina

to land feet first
on the saddle

so saddle up

Any time of the day, so it makes me fatta
Nothing else spins my noodle

I’d sli, sli, slip and fell and broke them, well nothin left not even the yolks;
Yada, yada, yada;

Lord, Coming

"Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya

                                      Glanirva Bhavathi Bharatha,

                                      Abhyuthanam Adharmaysya

                                       Tadatmanam Srijami Aham'.

                                     Bhagavad Gita (Chapter IV-7)

                                        Whenever there is decay

                                     of righteousness O! Bharatha

                                     And a rise of unrighteousness

                                         then I manifest Myself!"

LORD steps forward
His golden helmet shines
Minarets of palace
Aglow with light
Perfumes pervade the depth of ocean
All praise thee
O Lord, in the chariot of fire
Golden bow in hand
Golden arrows in golden quiver
All pure like gold is
Distant cries faint like a dream
All souls are dreaming
A salvation
He walks on the sea
Leaving his chariot behind
Because the path is in storm
And he reaches me.

Free Cee Greed Vs Need

GREED VS. NEED

i ain't eager to get even
since settling scores ain't my stick
it's just that to you money means being mean
and i think that's pretty damned sick

share the wealth don't mean nothing to you
not with a twenty in your pocket book by prada
take that twenty and keep it all to your self
and sing a song of yada yada yada

money to you means a cage or a corral
and i suppose only women who keep men in cages believe they rule
well keep singing that song of greed plus selfishness sung
but honey, money won't turn this man into your phool

will you still have that song to sing when they take all your valuables away?
because ill-gotten gains usually never amount to much
so keep up the melody and get a choir to sing harmony
because one day you may find that money will only be used to buy you a crutch

i ain't out to even no score with you
take your green goddess and fold it into two
place it back into Prada's produce
because one day you'll find out what happens to greedy women like you

The Intrigue of Fantasy

Saw you in a steamy dream
You fit quite nicely in my scheme
Of picture perfect high romance
The rush of heat, that burning glance
Lost in your eyes and all that jazz
That catapulting razzmatazz
Never knew love till I met you
Forget the bad ones I've been through
Yada yada having fun
Pretending you're my only one
Saying things of lust and love
Like you've been sent from up above
Like hold me close and don't let go
You know I'm puttin' on a show!
But now I'm caught upon a chasm
Might have to let go of sarcasm
I'm feeling quite a loss of power
Best I take an ice-cold shower!
