Premium MemberNaive Faith

Don’t cherish naive faith on fate !
Build your life with self confidence.
By trial : Your fate, you’ll create.
          On your path, gain experience.

Work hard with truth and honesty.
Don’t cherish naive faith on fate
          Act courageous with modesty.
Success sure to come, soon or late.

         Righteousness must initiate
your path , even if uneven.
Don’t cherish naive faith on fate.
On own strength, life - car be driven.

Proceed for your goal to access.
      with own devotion and attempt.
That’s the real path of progress.
Don’t cherish naive faith on fate.

Repost

Confidence is a subtle command.
It takes prisoners and captivates them with modesty.

Rest In Peace, Farewell, Your Majesty

A true symbol today has died;
symbol of force, endurance, and grace,
symbol of humble pride.
Today, The Queen has left this place.

A beacon of light,
guiding so many with modesty,
has finished her earthly fight.
Rest in peace, Farewell, Your Majesty!

Misdemeanor

Confidence is a subtle command.

It takes prisoners

And captivates them

With modesty.

Premium MemberHappy Holidays

For one lone month each year, we gladly pause
For those we love. for those who are in need,
To play the role of dear, old Santa Claus
And lovely story of the Christ Child, read.

And as the bells ring out gaily, anew
In happy music heard around the Earth
And with great joy that through the ages grew,
Rejoicing in the loving Savior's birth.

With modesty, I add my little verse,
Just one small voice to make a wish for you,
As others gather and with love rehearse,
"Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" too.

Thank God for all the holiday treasure,
He's given to us without strict measure

The Woman of Jehovah

Look,
standing on the pathway
of Jehovah's favor,
Here's the sister I have sought
adorned with love and deep compassion!
She clothes herself with modesty,
humble is her demeanor,
and her heartfelt dedication
surpasses what the eye can see.
Could there be a truer woman
than this one for me?

She knows well what is entailed
staying faithful to the end-
cherishing loyalty to Jehovah,
our loyal Father, God and Friend.
There is not a doubt I have,
we will cherish what we share-
This love, ever reciprocated.
She will always have my heart, and
I will always be there.

Circumspice 5

Part 5 -- Si Monumentum Requiris …

Some tattered banners (from the Crimean War?
so who on earth was fighting – and what for?)
That Holman Hunt thing, over on the right,
with Jesus and His lantern – “I’m the Light”:
the Whispering Gallery, up inside the dome:
the opulence: as if a bit of Rome
had landed in gray London: Nelson’s tomb,
designed for Wolsey (were they short of room,
and had to double-up?) This is a place
to marvel at the fearless use of space,
the geometric thrill of pillar, arch and vault
in endless permutations! And the salt
which gives this feast its flavor? There’s no stone
or statue, stele, thanatory throne:
Sir Christopher, with modesty and tact,
declined memorials, but was in fact
the first man to be buried in this ground.
You seek his monument? Just look around!

Freedom Is

Freedom is...

Freedom is a knowledge that defies ignorance
Freedom is a responsible act that leads to understanding
Freedom is a practice that comply with the law of nature
Freedom is an in-discriminative spirit that serves all human beings
Freedom is when we stop questioning the background of the other
Freedom is not a slogan to enchant rather a practice to enhance
Freedom is a true love that under no circumstances betrays
Freedom is a genuine friend when needed most
Freedom is a raged war against poverty, and that of brutal act
Freedom is a throne that is crowned with modesty
Freedom is a child that ever fails to hide a lie
Freedom is the sun that shines our hearts and that moon nourishing our minds
Freedom is the family to all orphans and widows alike
Freedom is unity among all religions and minorities
Freedom is death that resurrect with that of life
Freedom is heaven on earth if ever realized

Bitter Sweet Life

Sadness sets in like the night
Gradually and slowly in the dimming light
It melts the light into the horizon
Occupying the vast space, its job done

You fall asleep waiting for day to appear
You wait for dawn to near
You close your eyes and enter a nightmare
You cry in virtual reality leaving you bare

Finally it's over and day sets in
It comes with a boasting brightness claiming its win
It washes away any trace of the dark
It fills you with hope and joy leaving a permanent mark

But beware, night will come
It will come and take over with its haunting hum
Along with it comes the nightmares and fears
Along with it comes the wait and the tears

Don't worry, as night is sad day is happy
Happiness will come, with all of its golden glory
It will shine all around
Making its presence profound

It's a circle it will never end for all we know
It's a circle to which we have no choice but bow
We accept with modesty that life is this
Neither is it pure torture nor pure bliss

It's a constant battle forever
Between sadness and happiness, no one will win however
Both always are in equal measure
Sadness weighs you down happiness is a buoyant pleasure.

With Modesty I Grant Her

The mammoth task that my ambitions view,
Shall intercept with reason why I care
To change this woman from the god I knew
Becomes the pedestal, that none compare.

I see her shape and form delight the day,
My having known her finds I care this much
A complimentary distance can portray;
That this is not illusion hence the touch.

She signals that elusiveness as blessed,
That modesty before it, serves our souls
With everything that nature has to test
Provides us with problem solving goals.

Heaven lit when words from her were spoke,
Presenting us with merchandise to fill,
The universe, and that's where gods provoke
A strength that carries us, far well.., until.

And if I'm asked, "Do you believe in god?"
With shyness should I say, she is unknown,
But holds the 'Golden Sceptred," magic rod
Provided by this write, and godly throne.

Today

Today,
As I was walking,
I crushed a midge with my
Newly coloured lips –
The same lips I once kissed you with.
After a pondering second, I concluded,
I was mistaken; I should have kissed
The blood sucking punkie
With passion instead…

Today,
The wind was brisk
Spraying dust into my eyes,
On the wings of death’s head hawk
It spurted burning floods…
But, the dampened; it soon dried,
And my tears were not for you.
Even if the irritation makes
Me squint for a while or more…

Today,
As I was eating
On a shaded wooden bench,
The insect military invaded my meal.
A good swat with a newspaper proved
Insignificant - just as the trampled ant was.
I imagined it was you, as the headlines
Hurtled from above, this time,
You were helpless…

With modesty dear,
Let me apologise for my bitterness.
See, it is only my mood for
Today…
