Today I'm in the garden
to remove hordes, of an unwanted plant
In the northern tropic wet season
its growth becomes rampant
WON'T use toxic herbicides to pollute our mother earth
don't call them weeds, they are part of God's creation
Most times I'm there, it's a state of meditation
but today the mind is full of, vivid imagination
My dear wife, she is the love of my life ,eighteen years my junior
these are the thoughts I visualise
That I'll still be in my garden
when for her, the century does arise

suppressed emotions
denied 'neath
the volcano
of frustration

high wide
and handsome
the chasm
of emptiness
that fills
viduaged hearts

soft spoken

the ear
dwelling for
a moment
VIDUAGE
beauty youth
yesterdays dreams
todays remains
dressed in
widows weeds

Dream takes hold

Image you see;

Mind can now hook,
Glimpse visual sight.

See picture right;
Forge faith not fear,

Here and now see,

she injured herself at the barre
needs to do stretches to soften the jar.
with exercise and a heat pad, she should be alright
trying óto ease ache away, to put things right.
sat on the chair to do toe exercises, she knew
would be agony, but work through the pain she must do
she raised and fell her muscles were hot
with sweating hands to massage her foot
an important exam at dancing school the morrow
not being able to dance would cause great sorrow
a smile the next morning seemed to say all is fine
reminding her to warm up properly next time
