Altitude of Autumn—
bitty kites
without strings attached
from God’s cache.
Over the top joy—
elixir of Jack Frost,
Jacques Torres chocolate,
crackling of hearths.
Vouchsafed variegation
of leaves,
mulligan and goulash,
the swaddle of sweaters.
Patch of giant and itty bitty
crocks of seeds
and mellow pulp
to be roasted and pie’d,
then lit.
Impresario of Fall—
twirls and dips,
brightens and lightens
in darker-days bliss.

Come along and sit with me
And let us share a memory
Of a Spring morning with a gentle breeze.
When spied a cardinal perched in a cherry tree;
Resplendent red plumaged vision;
Radiating from soft white inflorescence;
Variegation searing the moments influence;
Homage to creations inspirational brilliance;

Places are adorned with colourful carpets,
Variegation in nature differently proliferates,
Embellished ground makes the skies smile,
Acquiring it's colour, the waters are agile,
White and pink petals grow out of buds,
And creatures come out of their sheds,
Tadpoles seem to be very glad,
As in the greenery they are clad,
The tree wears the green gown,
And beautifies the little town,
Yellowish essence is spread in the fields,
And the spherical fruits are the season's yields,
Round and round the Roses twirl,
As pretty as a dressed up girl,
So mysteriously does the lotus grow,
To whom all the "insect kings and great men" bow,
In the end,plants and creatures widen their lovely eyes,
As the season would move it's dice,
But still the lighted moon spreads it's arms,
And the season SPRINGS out leaving behind all its charms!

Lying on a bed of grass blades.
Constellations are my blanket.
Breathing in the darkest shades.
Listening to the cricket’s melody.
The sweet caress of the flowers.
Their scent coating my body,
To be washed away by the showers,
The cloud band poured down.
Swaying with the Whipping Willow tree,
With each burst of wind set loose.
Soaring with the birds; so high and free.
A giant world through the ant's eye.
Skipping across the variegation pond.
The fish nipping at my fingertips.
Whispering secrets of the fond,
Mother Nature and her gifts.

In Love
I've never been
Dying little by little
Each time the thought appears
The charade I made
Everytime it came in
The variegation of love
Changes all the time
Love isn't physical
That I know
Everytime you think
It takes your breath away
You take a moment each moment
to be breathless
Opening your eyes
Just to not fall asleep
so you can relive
Living a moment
over and over
till a new one comes to mind
Affraid I haven't had........
A moment like that before

Peering through Venetian blinds, I consider
How soft kisses on a cool spring morning
Touch satin petals pooling dew from within
The moist breeze into their shimmering flutes,
As the weighted drops drift and gather and
Pour away into the slow rising of the sun
By way of gentle breath warming, caressing
Their slender stems and upward willowy leaves
Swaying, dancing in the wind stationary
In sandy beds. Then! In a sudden embrace,
Blushing. With hands laid on, soft kisses
Press the polished skins and drink their wines
In farewell passions and sparkling variegation;
Yet, their bodies are green, unhidden, burning
In the full sun; the unkown one disappears,
And I in that agony draw the strings, retire the day.
