Come sit down next to me dear
I have some Bach for you to hear
I've practiced it for days and weeks
A romance of Baroque techniques

I chose this piece because I knew
That through it I could speak to you
And without words convey my heart
A complete thought, the sum of parts

It's melodies are short and sweet
With counterpoint the two lines meet
And then in one unbroken string
Of love notes, they say everything

Unspoken Love

I am siting here watching this dreamy romance,
Between the land and the sky
They have been together till eternity
The grey skies trying to tell its story
To the earth , whom he fancies
And she, flushes silently
She waits patiently for those rain drops,
from her Valentine sky
Those chirpy birds humming till glory
In this springing amour,
That's growing since they were born
They love each other
and longing to touch each other
But they sacrifice it for humans.

Unspoken Need

Why does love collapse under what is said?
Drowning out affection's murmurs when it has stopped shouting.
Wanting terribly to see my look into your eyes as just an illusion.
Silence still toils to hasten our colorless exchange.
Deeper feelings made offended, are now tender -forced to tip toe.
Life stays subtle when I'm restless and resentful when I fail to recognize the lucidity of your tear drop's message.
It's unspoken and it needn't be. I've heard it, but none too often.
How you do say it with a smile,
it doesn't measure.
It can't be held…….and I don't want it if it stands blameless.
I think it, feel it, act it, but still it stands in your presence without worth.
I see you now, but only on the far off side of my thoughts.
The need shielding its efforts with doubting expectations.
When you're not loving me,
that's when I'll fake it.
And never will I face the end without adjusting my expression some to smile wide.
You gave your need away and forgot the words,
but still -I love you.

Love Unspoken

Would love not speak if uttered by a frightened tongue?
Would Earth reap the sown tears of beauty undone?
I rise from the ashes of every torn moment,
when God allows me your presence.
But, I fear I am but a shadow of the light
in your eyes.
Seeking refuge from darkened days.
If I should speak of the burning desire
behind my own sight,
should I be cast out in due time?
Or would you steady your hands
with mine?

She is out of breath
So am I
As I hold her hand
We pass under the street lamp of desire
She falls as I catch her against my shoulder
I whisper, you are safe with me
She asks in wonder, what do you see?
And I reply, I see my heart inside of you
She smiles, for she knew my words before I spoke
She holds my hand and says, are you real?
I reply, no, I am not, yet I am here
Let us not be real, let us simply be close
So that I may tell you
How unreal I am
And how true is my love

The Power of Unspoken Words

Oh! How I wished to hear your voice
By the incessant calls I placed
To your phone… witched off!

Well, be it low battery
Or intentional act for privacy
I just called to say…you are my poem

Unspoken

around you, words within my mouth stays unspoken,
sentimental truths dying to be broken,
shy to say you are my golden-token,
my mouth will rather stay in silence,
causing my love to fight in violence.

Demeter Edwards

Unspoken

Her heart hurts since Penzance
An oft meeting now 'à outrance'
Reckless romance recants
Forbidden faith’s life dance
Sparked suddenly from slight glance

Your Unspoken Love (Part 2 0f 2)

Sometimes I want to enter
To the center of your mind
Is there a place inside your heart?
With my name written on it

When it goes about love
You’re like running out of words
The romance we afraid the most
The only thing that keeps us close

We turn down our voices
Neither of us wants to spin our choices
Get exhausted with the fight
No more loneliness in the middle of the night

Questions are ready to be answered
But to manage the word is not your ability
I looked upon your bright eyes and I wonder
Are you happy to be with me or you just tag along with me
All I need is a whisper of love in my ear
