  love's sunbeams gaze
       at golden clouds
      the unruffled, woven
        aura's walk
     the engraved, hued
    star whispers unflinchingly
  scented dreams reside
 on the glittering, bloomy sky

Premium MemberDivine Madness

Never do we dream of the once-upon-a-somber-song to fade away,
as moments from the milky moon begin to twirl and sway.
A murky mist of miscalculated mystery makes haste,
sneaking its way along the deserted hallways of locked gates,
weakening the rustic joints of porcelain pillars straight down to untouched floors.

Why must it wait for the sun to be its guide?
For in the darkness, love too can be the greatest tide.
Can the curiosity of a claw discover the depths of a divine madness?
Or could these fangs find themselves vehemently festering
in the corners of unwelcome elements?

Let a limb take its quest along the walkway to the endless sea.
Taste the tortured tears crawling down these decaying knees.
Hold unflinchingly to the fire that aches to roar—
do not let it scream, for it conjures for more.

Time can prepare a frozen glass to let little condescensions
slide down an auburn wood.
Yet something about a restless evening
makes an iron fist feloniously curl up,
as if it so sensationally should.

Premium MemberThe Responsibility of a Poet

Poetry is a reflection
Of our lives and our imagination,
And when he writes,
A poet should look hard
At what pleases him
And even harder at what doesn't.
He must be willing
To feel the emotions
That come from facing the world,
And his particular truths about it,
Unflinchingly.

Premium MemberLiving In Yesterday'

Let go the the past, it's so over and unflinchingly dead.
We walk in its rotting gardens with hearts full of lead.

Your dream, didn't come true as you wished?
Write it on paper, and burn it in a silver chafing disH.

So sorry your expectations went up in flames.
Stop the ridiculousness of hunting people to blame!

Get out your drawing board and make new plans.
Santa is not coming, so grow up, be the very best
woman or man that you can.

Premium MemberNirvana Honeymoon

How many couples on honeymoon, read poetry aloud
or novels to each other?
Some do consider that a highly, loving, memorable treasure.

On a honeymoon, dare you say?
My unforgettable memory, that I would unflinchingly repeat,
just bring me back to that day!

Cable car bells ringing in the San Francisco night, oh
so softly heard.
The background to us, newlyweds, such sweet, tender,
young love birds.

Surrounded by the City's etereal gauze-like moist fog.
How I watched your eyes dance over the words.
Making my heart shine like glowing embers on a log!

I really was so complete with you.
More than any of the finest words can say!
Simply just we two, our love-ghosts still reading can be
heard, over forever our ~City by the Bay.

Humanity-Love You

Humanity i love you
because you would rather black the boots of
success than enquire whose soul dangles from his
watch-chain which would be embarrassing for both

parties and because you
unflinchingly applaud all
songs containing the words country home and
mother when sung at the old howard

Humanity i love you because
when you’re hard up you pawn your
intelligence to buy a drink and when
you’re flush pride keeps

you from the pawn shop and
because you are continually committing
nuisances but more
especially in your own house

Humanity i love you because you
are perpetually putting the secret of
life in your pants and forgetting
it’s there and sitting down

on it
and because you are
forever making poems in the lap
of death Humanity

i hate you

On My Own

Where were you when I was down
and needed you to lend me a hand?
Where were you when I was weak
and needed to lean onto you?
Where were you when I was lonely
and needed you to be by my side?
Where were you when I was
beset with doubts and fears
and needed your assurance?

Now I have come to depend on myself
and need you no more,
Now I feel secured down here
and do not need to be picked up,
Darkness had held me in its comforting arms
for many silent nights
Now I do not need the blinding rays of light
Nor do I need the guiding trail
to show me the way,
In the wild ways of wilderness
I have now come to find my sanctuary.

In the midst of the gathering fog
I stand alone,
I am the one who set sail
in the foreboding storm,
Now I see clearly in the darkness
and savor the lilt of the stormy nights,
I can sail calmly into the wild seas
and fault no one
if I hit the rocky shores,
For I am the master of my fate
and
I will unflinchingly yield
to the death’s overtures…
Then so be it!

Dark Mother

When the dark mother enters through sleepface,
And dissolves every thought into nightmare or sweetlace,
Unrecorded distortions are applied from experience,
Undefined by dimension to subtly take shape.
Disturbing drafts of ideas,
Entranced by a vast shifting scape,
Where images bleed and twine in the synapse fire,
Drafting unreal scenarios without disbelief.
To leave and be free of the person you try to be,
Yielding control to near infinite possibility.
Now dream, unflinchingly, under your cover,
With a slumbering kiss in your head from the other.

Vivacious Sight

Vivacious sight
                                     unflinchingly opens doors
                                         young gigantic hearts
                                        symmetrical vision flows
                                      nourishes wiggling feelings

Unflinchingly Love's Embrace

vivacious rose's smile

I Am Jesus! I Am Judas!

I am Jesus! I am Judas!
Was newly engraved on the arm of my dear loved child.
'When?', asked I, 'Why so?', I trembled,
I hated the very idea of the body,
A gift of god to besmeared with tattoos.
He held my hand and spoke gently with a smile,
'Mother, you taught me when I was ever so young,
The angel and the devil do reside within us all'.
Meditating on this eternal truth for years have I,
Till I fully bloomed for all to observe.
At the stroke of midnight I was carried by an angel,
Over land and sea, till he lay me down
In the land of needles and lots of ink.
He whispered into my ear,
'Be the Jesus within and the Jesus without'.
Judas the dearest never to be forgotten!
Judas kills us and his life be the easiest,
Jesus elevates us, but his life be the hardest.
I have much to thank you, Mother!
To continue being so well grounded,
Is now my greatest endeavour.
I have unflinchingly engraved
On my right arm the strongest,
'I am Jesus! I am Judas!'

Sycamore

Sycamores
 are amazing trees
 shedding bark like skin
 removing dry and brittle layers
to reveal new pristine smooth pale green hues.

The bark peels and laps over
 like a tongue languishing,,
 thirsty,, panting in the Sun
and layering the trunk of patchwork design
 in a fresh clean quilting.

Hail to the Sycamores
 standing kingly tall
 unflinchingly in the wind
 reaching toward the sky
with triple crowns of leaves up high.

Myspace

I close my eyes and dream of a space,
To call my own, my own personal place,

I hear voices around me, so muffled and contrived,
Do they not see me standing here, Am I still alive?

The air that fills my lungs, isnt it in yours as well?
And before you knew Salvation didnt you taste of a charring hell?

Ready to point fingers, ready to lay blame,
Do you know how I got here, from whence I came?

When did you earn the right to stand in judgement of me?
Have you blown the breath of life into another entity?

I am not above you nor do I claim to be,
I will not hide below you for the sake of my sanity,

I will stand stubbornly rooted and look unflinchingly upon your face,
And when you are ashamed enough, kindly step out of my personal space.

Moods

coming out of the frame,
in evening without a sun, unflinchingly,
he said, he was talking to his father
daily, in his mind, who was in grave,
(when he was on ventilator)
about a lesson of deception, about the things
evolved in endogamy,

cherubic, it seems, but there was water on the moon too,
in solitude, on gravel, under the rocks ;
he kept on washing his hands for hours,
to remove the dirt and stigma, gathered on shaking
the lamps around the dark and then he started
collecting the flowers from the embroidery
of clouds

do not cry in the afternoon

Ballistic

what breach of faith
has time wrought?
like cannonballs
through ramparts and walls
each day bores on,
unflinchingly through page after page
of sickening drivel.

the sun contentedly wallowing
in its yellow sty turns over
without a snort.

at day's end it seeks other fields
to root and hog.
