I Am Jesus! I Am Judas!
I am Jesus! I am Judas!
Was newly engraved on the arm of my dear loved child.
'When?', asked I, 'Why so?', I trembled,
I hated the very idea of the body,
A gift of god to besmeared with tattoos.
He held my hand and spoke gently with a smile,
'Mother, you taught me when I was ever so young,
The angel and the devil do reside within us all'.
Meditating on this eternal truth for years have I,
Till I fully bloomed for all to observe.
At the stroke of midnight I was carried by an angel,
Over land and sea, till he lay me down
In the land of needles and lots of ink.
He whispered into my ear,
'Be the Jesus within and the Jesus without'.
Judas the dearest never to be forgotten!
Judas kills us and his life be the easiest,
Jesus elevates us, but his life be the hardest.
I have much to thank you, Mother!
To continue being so well grounded,
Is now my greatest endeavour.
I have unflinchingly engraved
On my right arm the strongest,
'I am Jesus! I am Judas!'
