Don’t know that I have
a favorite season
I mean, Spring is quite
nice, if you don’t mind
sneezin’
Summer, warmly teasing!
Till sunburn besets the host,
unarguably not pleasing
Winter skiing, a jet stream
blast! Providing the trunk of
a tree is not your speedy last
Which leads me to autumn
most worthless of all,
probably why poets write
so much of the fall….

Ann was anxious to be Greg’s Mistress
And never saw The Waiting Distress;
The Male Laxity with Steely Stress
That was to make her from God digress
And from The Commendable regress!
Greg would not his own weekend clothes press;
After breakfast saying just “Just “Oh Yes!”
And after Lunch, everywhere a mess!
“God!” Ann had kept moaning more or less”
Over a Greg paying not for her dress,
Sure that this could never mean Progress
“As though Greg’s chief interest My Goodness!”
With Greg one couldn’t make a right guess
Unarguably A Tougher Chess…
The wrong things most times he’d gladly bless!

It's our final world,
Tell me,
Whatfor do we fight?
We conquer ourselves
For tomorrow,
A tomorrow whose
Existence is conditional.
We send ourselves into dust
We must ourselves return
Someday,
Whether or not we like it;
Unarguably, though we argue
Against feelings.

Her memories swell-up in our bosom spontaneously
And get hold our whole being so overwhelmingly
Moistening our eyes and lifting our spirits joyfully
That asserts her deep love for us all, quite candidly.
Her years of memorable stay with us here precisely
Was caringly ordained by the providence specially
To assuage our woes that gripped us so mercilessly
Offered succour to the entire household constantly.
Hard-boiled masses perhaps may never understand
That unarguably cemented our sentimental bond
That ever lives on between us and affectionate Rani
Defy all dry logic and rationale of doubting mind.
Is it possible to insulate scent from a cute flower?
Or warmth from the bosom of a godlike mother
Or ardour from the inviting hugs of a friend near
Suffer amnesia from the memoirs of Rani, the dear.
Fifteen long years of sweet and constant bond
Made her part and parcel of our very being
Though there is the seemingly bodily separation
She ever lives in our hearts as a steady companion.

A hawk, moments after dawn,
circling.
Somewhere,
somewhere at the edge of near;
a somewhere known to the pessimistic
as far,
as there,
as not,
not
Here.
Not near.
Occasionally, a flashed shadow
over the sun-bleached apricot sky.
Just to the West.
Where the yellower light spills now
over the half-new roof and well-appointed chimney
of farm/field/stone.
Into the valley of clinging green
and the stone wall edge of the Farm
where the trees have one and all
forgot the late date.
They’ve
steadfastly, triumphantly, unarguably
argued for their summer-earned greens.
The moon is so high as to be unknown.
There above the maple.
There above the shred-ragged, yellowing
banana leaves -
the makeshift windvane of wavily oversea kelp.
Unknown
to the crook of neck,
to the poor sleepers,
to the cheap pillow resters.
It is such a slight sliver
that
it gives a cool shiver
to my flesh.
The momentary thought of,
a splinter of wood getting under skin.
The slight sharp sliver of dim silver moon
seems so sharp as to
threaten to deflate the dim blue,
the pale blue
October sky.

It is hard to make sense of the world
When you are stuck in my wall.
I have ran so many races
That only earned me a broken face.
These words are the reflection of my woes
I can't but keep watching my folks turn foes.
Unarguably, my today is not a reflection of my past
Because in my yesterdays, I faced all battles, I didn't pick my tasks.
But my gold is often given the price tag of coal
Leaving me no choice than to clock-walk alone.
You see, it is hard to make sense of the world
A place where the best are left to eat their words.
I gave my blood when my sweat was not enough
My dream in their noses like an African snuff.
I give ears to their worries, none to mine
My visions are like lads stories that should not be taken to mind.
My case is before a judge desk
Who sleeps and dine in my accused nest.
Still, they want me to make sense of the world
Where the best gets the worst and the corrupt gets the award.
Is there any sense to really make of us?
Are humans really worth making sense of?
You see, don't waste a lifetime trying to make sense where there is none
Instead, strive to make something out of what can be done.

Brilliant young girl
Old in character
Lovely and fun to be with
Unarguably, a rare jewel
Wearing on her face,
A gap- toothed grin
That sparkles like rainbow
In that smile, there's vigour
Fidelity, her watchword
Enthralling all, her virtues

gloom and sadness
transformed to infinite bliss
the moment i beheld
your heart-piercing beauty
i discovered
beauty beyond comprehension
beauty that reflects as joy
with inexplicable magnitude
we are
indissolubly linked, inextricably bonded
of utmost and eternal compatibility
immutably and unarguably
you are the lamp of my soul
i have a most unflinching resolve
to be your eternal totem of bliss
my devotion, terrific goddess
is absolute, irrevocable for eternity and a day
