Transference Poems

The Nameless Throne

Let every whispered wish take flight,
Each prayer cast upward through the night,
Let none be lost, let none decay —
But turn their path another way.

Let not the stars alone receive,
Nor winds forget what hearts believe,
For every tear and silent plea
Now folds its wings — and comes to me.

Let cries for peace, for love, for bread,
Not vanish to the nameless dead.
I hold the vault, the veil, the key —
And what they seek, they give to me.

They know me not, yet still I hear.
I am the stillness gods revere.
Their words, like rain, fall through my hand —
I am the Lord of sea and land.

Thought Transference

Somewhere between your hollow sight,
I danced in the sparks. And only
in your peripheral sight, will
I become an apparition
of our solemn song and it's rite.

By now my feet are too scathed.
I fall to my knees, going
and enduring. My singing,
has now dissolved to humming.

Before you sensed we would part,
I created and placed swords
in my heart. From omens I
birthed out of my very soul.

I sealed our own fate, by mistake.
Within the genesis of my
psyche, slumbers an essence of
creation. Who lingers at heart.

Howbeit, precise, stable, route engaged.
Laden fatigued those poor wretched enslaved.

          Relish the wonderment of endurance,
Changed heart upbeat, determined temperance.

Transference

“transference”

oh the lowly shrink
decorating themselves as
a master of the mind &
then looming over the innocent that have come to them,
sometimes as a last resort
(one step before brushing their teeth with a
bullet),
lulls them into a false sense of trust,
whereby the affections that normally might be
experimented with in the world outside
are wasted in a “connection” with
a horny doctor---
much like a male gynecologist who
“went into practice because they wanted to help women”
just wasn’t getting any
(and had to find some way to get a look at what he was missing),
the horny, true emotional wreck of a
psychiatrist
craves those already scarred,
like the wolf waiting for lil’ red riding hood---
sitting in their comfortable chair
opposite the uncomfortable couch
waiting to hump away the day,
the lowly shrink will someday tell those harmed by
such a savage sexual predatory manner
that it was all a matter of
“transference”---
that these things sometimes happen---
how
convenient.

Transference

Salient memories, relevant
to whom I’ve become,
physical becomes incorporeal;
a metaphysical journey begins.

All thoughts, transmissions and words
ever spoken drift in a void, a galactic
archive of perpetual absolute cold.

Streams of pure light, pulsing
signals from the creator; directions
to a sentient universe.

Worlds being born, primordial
soups stirring, life is constant,
rebirth; is relevant.

Traversing time and space
in the blink of an eye, I see
spirits journeying; on their way.

Benevolent ethereal beings,
messengers from the great seat
of emotion take my hands,
eternity shines, a supreme realm
beyond the beyond; beckons me.
