Temptresses Poems

Premium MemberBaked Temptresses

They tease me,
Vying for my attention
Behind the bakery display case.

Voluptuous, some bursting with fruit,
The brazen, the coquettish,
They tease me.

Which to pick?
The Austrian strudel or Danish
Vying for my attention?

Impetuously taking her
In my car, from
Behind the bakery display case.

i dreamt
i was a bumblebee
wild and carefree
frivolous and playful
dancing up
a summer breeze
flirting with the sun
a wanderer a drifter
tipsy drunk on perfumes
enticing and alluring
irrevocably seduced
in a sea of temptresses

A Little Bluer

A little Bluer
Tales of the great
folklore and the gypsies
pirates all around the state
traveling the seas getting tipsy

mythical witches and their brews
hellish demons and angels too
This world you will have trouble
elves and trolls...wait, I'm not through

fairy's and pixie dust
hookers, temptresses with lust
humbled yogis, monks and shamans
Buddhists, Jehovah's, Amish and Mormons

temples, God's, and holy cows
cheating couples with broken vows
thieves, killers, gamblers and drunks
California with all the babes and hunks

Insecure actors, and glutton hillbillies
**** stars giving old men wet willies
boxers, wrestlers, and samurai
watch out? You might just lose an eye

Wizards, and snake tamers
magic card nerds and all the gamer's
whatever you choose, nothing truer
you just might make the world a little blue

When the moon rises
Stirring from their trance
Somewhere between heaven and earth
The night creatures come alive
Roaring rolling seas of fantasy
Glistening waves under starry skies
Bewitching dancers of the night
Enchanting sensuous hypnotic eyes
Shameless graceful temptresses
In a tireless motion of seduction
The moon the stars the sailors
All fair game

The Sirens of the Seas

sailors take warning
before you set sail
say a prayer that
your ship will survive
the ocean's swell and
take heed that the
danger does not
only lie above but
also beneath the blackness
of the fathomless sea
where sirens exist
only to beckon poor
men to their watery graves

they are the temptresses
with flowing dark hair who
sing their daunting songs
along the rocky shores
tempting seamen to join
them far below where
briny seas swallow them whole

do not hearken to these alluring
creatures for they will hypnotize
you with their mournful refrain
forcing you to jump ship into
your aquatic prison forever
entombed within the black
realm of the sirens of the seas

My Hopeless Words

My hopeless words were dressed in silver
Your silence was a hurtful gold
Always thought I knew you well
Never knew that you could be this cold

It was fate that brought you to me
But it was me that pushed you away
Never thought it'd end like this
So I'm still crying out for yesterday

How I want to make you blossom
Before we part our ways forever
Just for the one and only time
The way I did when we were stuck together

Temptresses surround you
I'm scared that they'll lead you astray
When we're talking in my head
I beg you not to lose your way

No Ones To Blame, That Your Soul Is Put To Shame

I don't understand, how i'm blame to be the biggest sin the world can see. you're little tall tails, you try and make the people believe are all hopeless, just like the heart inside of you beats. i'm breathing like i always do, i'm not gonna miss a single breath over you. when you're the one, that's suppose to be here for me, even when death captures the life of me. sadly, you're mistaken, for the life you've overtaken. the life of a drugged out temptresses is not a life to lead, thats why you aren't my example of the future to me. i don't want to be the one that is always the one to plead, for money, for sex, for looks, oh you're something i've learned to not be from those certain books. you weren't there for me to write, when you were suppose to be, the introduction author about the life of me. the life of me, how interesting can that be? well, i must say, you helped me be able to write about a girl who has been terribly betrayed. where's my mother, the one whose suppose to be like none other? you gave me no one, but myself to look up too.
