A Girl

I'm a girl with a dream
a girl with a nice smile
a girl that wants to make her dream come true before she dies
a girl that has problems but doesn't show it
a girl with a temper but knows how to control it
a girl people think they know but they really don't but how cold they know her when
she doesn't even know herself
a girl that forgives but doesn't forget
a girl that smiles on the outside but not on the inside because she feels that she
deserves to smile
a girl that thinks everybody is a good person and doesn't have hate for anybody but
people have hate for her
that's what makes her wonder why
A GIRL

A Guy

all i want is a guy
who will give a shoulder to cry on
and
be a real man i can rely on
a guy
that won't tell lies
and wil TRUELY be mine....
someone who knows how to treat a girl like me
all i want is a guy
with a mind
and
thats a one of a kind
a guy
that won't be fake
for goodness sake!....
someone who knows how to treat a girl like me
all i want is a guy
i can trust
who won't mistaken love for lust
a guy
that just might
be my mr.right
someone who knows how to treat a girl like me

I'M Not

I'm not the girl that falls for the jock
I'm not the girl that roots for the team
Or the girl that looks down on the geeks
And the Goths
And the drama crowd
I'm not the girl that judged by the clothes
Or the girl that knows all the brands
I'm not the one who has all the money
Or the one that drives a new car
I'm that girl who skipped the assemblies
I'm that girl who tried for the plays
And the one who ignored the preps
I'm the one who rooted for the Goths
And wrote the poems the Emos read
I'm the one who wore the black
Who loved the vampires
And read too many books
I'm the one who listened to Rock
And didn't care what anyone thought
I'm the one who was being true
And always will be

The Girl With Everything

The girl with everything
is what I wanna be,
and I'd give anything
to make her me.
face so beautiful,
hair so right,
my dreams are shattered.
She's the star
that shines bright.
The perfect polish
on her nails,
I'd rather be her
than anyone else.
Everyone knows she's coming
but the scent of
her signature perfume,
you feel an envious vibe
whenever she enters
the room.
She can have
any guys she wants,
and she's got
the perfect body.
People think
she's nice and sweet
and the guys think
she's such a hottie.
I'd give anything
to make her me,
the girl with everything
is all I wanna be

Girl

In my mind there stands a girl
Beautiful and brave
Kind and intelligent
She is all I wish I could be
All that I think he needs
She is everything I wish for him
A loving wife
A great mother
She stands by him always
Knows just what he needs
She is the perfect woman to raise his family with
That girl is who I want to be
I wish I could be her for him
But I'm just me
A scared girl that never knows the right words
I look in the mirror and see too many flaws
I don't ever think I could be enough
But I have his heart all the same

What Is a **** and Not a ****?

two girls walking down a block
two boys watched them
first one girl was real beautiful
she had on shorts
She was still a virgin
One of boy yelled ' ****'
last girl was no better looking than the first girl
Her shirt didn't cover her belly button
Her pants covers her legs
she had high hells
The last boy asked her if she could have sex with him
She said ' Yeah come on let get hot'
the first boy asked the same question to the first girl
The girl said ' No thanks I could rather save my virgin for my husband.'
she walk away
the Boy called ' ****'

The Red Blanket and the Rubber

Two blankets on the dry grass
at the far side of the open field.
One red one and
one small, pink one
off a girl's bed.

Off to the side, a ball cap,
a knapsack, and a sad, empty, bottle of root beer.
One pocket of the knapsack
held one Durex, latex condom.
In Spanish, on
the side of the foil packet, “1 condon de latex”.
the other pocket – a large tin of Tea Tree , water-based, pomade
nearly gone.

inside the knapsack
in the big pocket -
school books, notebooks
pens and pencils.
The front of the math folder read “math blows”.

Last night, little Johnny
met his girl at the park for
some love making.

The left hurriedly, or were scared off
by a coyote
or deer in the tall grass.

Little Bobbie went home without
his school books and his hat, but
left with pomade in his hair
and the smell of his girl
on his clothes
and her taste in his mouth.
