I map the vision, chase the need,
Between the lines, I plant the seed.
From stakeholders to strategy,
I am the bridge - that's BA me!
(chorus)
We ask, we link, we write it clear,
Align the goals, wipe out the fear.
No cape, no code, but still we thrive -
Business Analysts keep dreams alive!
Align with teams, architecture too,
Assumptions challenge 'till they are true.
Deadlines loom, the scope may sprawl -
But here we are, who see it all.
In a bottle's transparent depths,
ants struggled, waves of chaos
each fighting for life,
yet forming a living pyramid,
a reverberation of unity's might.
Some submerged, others held fast,
a coordinated dance of aid
no panic, no selfish haste,
each ant surrendered to the greater fate.
A spoon's gentle rescue came,
ants emerged, one by one,
until one faltered, slipped back
into the water's grasp.
The last ant turned, dove deep,
clinging tight to the drowning form,
a bond of brotherhood,
a sacrifice that shook my core.
Shame on humans, lost in pride,
building walls, not bridges wide,
ants teach us unity's strength,
a lesson in selfless length.
True power lies in collective might,
let ants' wisdom guide our plight,
unity's lesson, forever told
in their small, mighty hearts of gold.
If I was eleven feet tall
I would happily play basketball
but since I’m a shrimp and can barely run
and not throw a ball, I am not much fun
No one wants me on their team today
Everyone boos when I decide to play
Not on my team! They say with malice
I’d rather have klutzy weird old Alice
Across the way, I can replay
Scenes from the past, like a wandering day
Of hope and tenderness on the blue bus
Among riders, hurried but generous.
As such stars passed through Montana, eyes stared,
With nice young men, jobless, steeped in despair,
Yet, still the road offered joy and surprises,
Bright beaches beneath friendly sunrises.
Felt like an odyssey beaming with light,
And together we basked in shared delight.
An Indigenous man offered his lore
Of fertile wild land and truths we'd ignored.
There was such shared hope interspersed with pain,
Each mile a drumbeat, each gain our domain.
You will find them in the best dream,
in a green meadow or by a clear stream.
Among every pair, they reign supreme.
Sunshine and breeze make quite a team.
Theatre
Something happens I can't explain
It feels enclosed quite like a train
Within its wall you are truly set free
To be yourself or who you want to be It's like, let's pretend, or dressing up
Childlike feelings, they fill your cup
Escaping, distracting the daily grind
You can leave your worries all behind
Rehearsing, sets and stage lights
The anticipation of opening nights
A team feeling for those not so sporty
Rare chance for adults to act naughty
A sense of purpose shared with all
Commitment, a time to stand up tall
Drama, thriller, it is always a farce
Mischief and tears, acting an ****
If you act with respect to all around
A home from home is easily found
In our theatres, dreams come true
This beautiful place is open to you.
Kiwi Cricket's Shangri La...
"Can still hear the deafening din of the Indian crowd chagrin.
Stunned shell shocked silence at mandarins' sins.
Yet somehow still so loud
Like thunder down under in the proud
Land of the long white cloud.
Daring to dream of derring do plunder.
Upsets’ unctuous umami.
Shocks’ sumptuous serendipity.
Cast asunder as against the odds.
Hallowed Gods' anguished..felled & fallowed.
Kiwis vanquished the voodoo of Indian home hoodoo.
This purple patch, so perversely plush...got a hunch.
Would make even Prince blush, proud as ribena punch.
Sporting nirvanas cavorting with crepuscular career nadirs.
Can’t pillory this Test expedition, like the Everest conquest & Hillary.
Black cap sedition…Indian perdition.
Tradition debunked by spunky funk.
Not once, not twice but thrice.
Teeming..awash with gleaming beaming white.
Emancipation...damnation & salvation.
The Indian’s cardinal sin…not being able to play spin.
No way you can naysay.. just
Another Bill Murray Groundhog day.
As we learned..the underdog winner.. we yearned had turned.
Fat cats burned & stats spurned..into a dog's dinner."
Do you have poise and grace,
Joy and peace in any place?
Don't hold grudges but reconnect
Find home and family but refuse a "sect."
Idealist captures just a small piece
But love shares it and finds peace.
There's surprises and mysteries,
Also a Creator's plan like arteries,
Flowing, give it time, fix mistakes
Two in communion hope makes.
Willing to leave or to change,
Letting hearts rearrange,
Invest in the Future with me.
Have our initials on a tree!
Sort out the negatives carefully but quickly
Keeping the hard-earned profit really.
Yes, think it all over but obey the Spirit.
Do you have the grit?
Appreciate people; they're never disposable!
Of this are you capable?
Believe in what you do.
God's works are mysteries but Life for you!
All can work for your good; all's okay,
Giving time, if you may!
Never tempt fate
But treat me to a Date!
In my fantasies I dream
of a world where all have merit.
Not judging on what outward may seem,
but what's inside, compare it...
...to what is valued most of all,
kindness, love, and being a team.
Why then, all friends, we answer the call!
Like sunflower to sunbeam.
Professional editors and writers
sorted through the content.
They found Christmas as
the primary source for
both
thanksgiving and New Years.
they also found
that by allowing the poorest folk
to make money during this time of year
helps generate local economies.
Founded through the changes
and sorted through
the strains.
Team work makes each
Dream works easy
Target goal free.

On top of pavlova, - all covered with cream,
I took it to practice, - to share with my team.
For eating’s a pleasure, - getting fat is all grief.
Then all my poor team was, - too fat for belief.
The coach wasn’t happy, - he was so mad.
We don’t win games now, - the team was all sad.
It was time to take action, - a diet we need.
Now all the team wants is, - a yummy good feed.
It was time for Mac Donald's, - we went to the store.
Now all we could think of, - was eating some more.
The coach gave us a diet, - that made us all thin.
Its hard to believe that, - No fries helped us win.
Our team is now famous, - we made our way back.
All thanks to McDonalds - and their yummy big Mac.
But where is he? Asked the assistant team leader with panic in his voice.
He was looking for the competition sponsor, Mr. Larry Royce.
The seventh grade team was snickering, but not helpful yet.
They knew that their principal was going to have an enormous fit.
It’s not our fault we are elaborate thinkers, the robotics captain said.
She motioned to a robot whose face was turning a scarlet red.
That’s Mr. Royce, she admitted. We turned him into a little bot.
assistant team leader became the sponsor, that minute, on the spot.
I am forming my own wild sports team Grandma said.
We all wondered what in the atmosphere she had in her head.
Racquetball? Hockey? Wrestling? Softball or what?
Not sure yet, she said, but you may make the cut.
What talent would we have to do? Do we have to dance?
I am thinking of something sporty you might see in France.
Croissant maker? Latte’ foamer? We wanted to know.
I will figure it out she told us before the first snow.
We were thinking skiing or jumping out of a plane.
She told us it would be nothing at all that tame.
Our grandma is a hoot, a holler a scream and a kick.
You have to have a sense of humor she said to Uncle Rick.
We knew he did not have one, so he was out.
I know what it is! Cousin Louie said with a shout.
We’re going to be on the first noodle-making USA team.
This made grandma mad, and her nose started to steam.
