Swindling Poems

Rhythms of my soul

As her eyes are rehearsing those unspoken words,
Her mind is trying to sync with the rhythm of her soul, yet unknown.
With tunes unsung and plays rewritten,
She finds herself swindling between different worlds in an array.
With lullabies sung and voices embracing in unison,
Her soul still yearns for a place to retire.
As much as she enjoys the domineering adrenaline rush through her veins,
The thrill of chase made her forget the warmth of a quiet embrace.
She wants to experience the softened kiss of oxytocin.
Where numerous words can be communicated, within an untamed silence.
A dimensionless canvas to paint words,
That cries out the rhythms of her soul.
With silence ripping her out of the race,
She wants to put herself in solace.
With tears of laughter and cries of joy,
Her soul is in an unwavering dilemma.
As her eyes are rehearsing those unspoken words,
She realizes she needs a burst of dopamine,
For her lesson practices yet to be sung.

Premium MemberO, You Impeccable Liar

Banker was known as a righteous man
First at the bank and last to go home
Many trusted his lucrative plans
Emptied the vault and left to parts unknown

O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity

Man in church spoke of marital tie
Respected by all the brotherhood
Asked his wife to stand by her true guy
The preacher passed out when three women stood

O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity

Judge on bench for twenty years plus nine
Dude in court who was an old comrade
There for shooting man in head three times
Judge threw it out on grounds of suicide

O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity

Honored preacher in big megachurch
All said he walked upon holy ground
But news got out after deep research
Was caught swindling the church’s funds and left town

O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity

War

I am a civilian at war
I do not know how to hold a gun at all
I hope to return home a warrior

I am a civilian at war
facing giants and the world
I hope you hold my hand when I stretch it for help

I am a civilian at war
My feet are swollen and my stomach as well
I hope you feed me when I won’t be able to lift my hand

I am a civilian at war
My uniform has rugs
I hope you dress me when you see me naked

I am civilian at war
Confused by man’s religions
I hope you guide me if you see me my friend

I am a civilian at war
My riffle has run out of bullets
I hope you recharge mine if have some in excess

I am woman
alone in a labour room
I hope you come to my rescue if you hear my voice

I am a man
Depressed
I hope you talk to me when you see me drowning

I am girl child
sexually Assaulted
I hope you protect me next time you see me alone

I am a young person
Caught stealing and swindling my loved ones
I hope you employ me next time you read my resume

Premium MemberBucket Shop Bessie

Halloween Bessie had a bucket shop.
Where people traded stocks without a stop
Some were fraudulent, made up and wild.
I’m here to say it was crazy, child.

Halloween Bessie had a black cat with a twitch.
This familiar went by the name of Mitch.
Sold stocks and bonds and sometimes made a switch
Swindling investors without a hitch

Halloween Bessie had a fast game in town
She tore around in a broom and a nightgown
Many lost money, but she was the queen.
Of the investment world on Halloween.

The Eve of Madness

Perched along a limb
in the darkening, mercurial eve,
the trickster hovers in mania.

Wingspan iridescent in the shadows,
he stands sharp in his observation
blending in to the dark night.

An indomitable eye in focus,
unceasing with his hoarse call -
Bitter and biting in sound.

He balefully takes flight
gliding over his bounteous kingdom,
secure in the wily, swindling con.

A harbinger of evil,
an omen follows his glide:
the reaper is soon to follow.

The sudden silence provokes
a chill down the spine
curling 'round in stirring fright.

Taking a warlike stance,
he circles over his unsuspecting prey.
Venomous in his feast and descent.

A scythe, sharpened steel,
gripped tightly in bloodless hands;
a lone cloaked being whispers commands.

Rumbles strike open the dirt
in the graveyard beside the oak.
silhouettes manifest, crawling through the night.

The trickster surveys the siege,
as screams rent through the sky.
The eve of madness is upon us.

And They Will

and, they will continue
swindling slightly,
as they will pretend,
that they are right,
they do like to be
well-recognized,
but will never recognize
the other,
who was said to them
in church to be their brother.
and, it doesn't matter,
for how long
you've been teaching,
how and where-
please, believe me:
they don't care,
as they have their certificates,
and, think it's fair
to dare
to proclaim the rights
and to let down someone
from just-somewhere,
who, once, even hold a chair.
well, the virus situation makes us sad,
as the floors and surfaces could
have been bad,
so completely covered with the virus,
that for those in classes,
they are minus,
but, for those in offices-
the plus,
that are nicely granted
to all us.
nothing can be said,
as it's not rare,
that more equal still will stare
at the honest,
as at a small hare
hardly greeting,
just tongue beating
the light winds
and the transparent air,
but we love them,
as they do seem human,
be he just a man
or a just woman,
only- no harassment
or abuse!
well, forget that!
buy a new pair of shoes.

Imposters I say smiling Cheshire cats
Pranksters of evil swindling wall rats
Sneaking and sniffling without any shame
Heretics of judgmental disdain
Throwing blocks between love creating hate
Jealous seekers they are born at hell’s’ gate
Horns on their heads hooves on their feet
Smell worse than pigs no good to eat
Don’t let them close these creatures of pain
They’ll trick You and use you for their own gain.

It's Complicated

She’s become a swindling memory
Blowing over my thoughts in a pendulous way
No remembrance why she’s no longer here
Just her ghostly laughter lingering in my ear
No remembrance of her tears
I only know she once loved me dearly
But I’m to never come her way again, if I hope to hold on to this good memory of us forever

Raging Wind

Alas! greed reigns in all spheres,a man seeks his own revolving on self.
This wind blowing thru space,no escape for all,so contagious none is left behind.
Animate inanimate-the fair wind wind blew,as white foam of life flew in every area.
The furrow followed free,as we burst out into the silent sea of heads sinking Into oblivion of despair.
Children birth forth plows in field of distress, hope is gone and joy limps on one Foot-the future seem bleak in a blank world.
The raging wind sweeps thru carrying all along, keeping nothing aside till none Exists, insatiable lust for self pervades the atmosphere where those on the path
Of escape looks up to find hope, what hope?
Whining like a horse, these shattered souls seek futile redemption, friends and Foes alike, renders empty words of hope, hoping to back-stab the
downtrodden.
Swindling the little left in these shadowy figures.
Lo! I see light rays across the horizon seemingly rising from the dark shades to Illuminate the gloomy hearts....alas!! who bears this light of change?
You and i? Hold my hands and lets start somewhere.....

That's So Good They Cannot Get the Stars

That’s so good they cannot get the stars!
The hand in soft glove won't help them to steal
The precious gift that meant to shine for us,
Its freedom’s a subsequence unforeseen

It is much tough for beauty on the earth
That spends its time in wary and precautions.
It’s known well to all who got a birth
That beauty’s here just a trophy option.

As a game before, commodity’s today.
Immeasurable was frigidly apprised..
All the signs were mixed by swindling wave
No one's suspicion of exchange was raised.

Unlike the stars the real beauty got
To learn some arts of everyday street fight,
Plus running, shooting, killing of a spot,
Arm-wrestling, boxing and fast sizzling sight.

That will survive and save the humankind!
Damn the ideal. Appreciate t’ result.
When real beauty is no more a divine,
That’s so good they cannot get the stars.

That’s so good they cannot get the stars!

Semantics

My scan was not “preventative;”
Instead it was “routine.”
Insurance will not pay it
If it’s somewhere in between.

But can someone please explain
How any X-ray, scan or test
Can be thought of as “routine?”
I think that this should be addressed.

Every dental check-up, mammogram
Or colonoscopy
Has a purpose – to prevent a problem
That might come to be.

So denying reimbursement
Seems a pure display of antics,
Swindling unsuspecting patients
By resorting to semantics.

Premium MemberThe Chrysalis

The chrysalis of bad emotions boil
Evanescent expressions cross the lips
A plethora of lines like sea's turmoil
The talisman has lost its charming grip

Radiant sapphire deep eyes that desire
Dulcet voice in rhapsodic love song
A boiling cauldron steaming hottest fire
Not the idyllic iron pot that's strong

The felicity of the affair gone
Reality's presence comes to play
The plethora of felicity withdrawn
Clouds gather banked in dark charcoal gray

Evanescent talisman like a blond wig
Who has been had; who was it that was rigged

Rig in one sense means the act of swindling by some fraudulent scheme

Towards East

Towards east

Sunny day it was a lassie with umbrella open
The light on her shin presented a warm event
Multiple colour of the shadow drowned her in beauty
Passersby were active to swallow spit on her ease

Swindling of hair each side was fanning her back
Opened skinny bone was welcoming young’s path
I gazed at all the eyes of the goers crossing her in deed
All those were keen to sink on her emotionally with fees

Smart step with belief was forwarding towards aim
File held between arms were crying nearly dying
Lot of goers increased faith towards gorgeous clothe wow!
Could be some guessed it was attraction of early age now

Within me a volcano was smoking guessing different
Melt desires being stuff of heat and spirit
Let me tell you truth I found in sight with masculine gist
That was only a superb girl walked in peace towards east.

Fairer to white lily is beauty of pondering mind,
Rather than lovely face, that we so apparently find,

Sharpened through acquired extensive knowledge,
Glory of sunrise, wisdom must one acknowledge,

Nature's lap of luxury, I sit and think,
Are we swindling hard on it, at a wink ?

Took more than hundreds of years to evolve,
Are we so quick ready to crudely dissolve ?

Cultivated distant thoughts come to my mind,
Romanticism to nature, why not unwind ?

Global warming , pollution and deforestation,
Can't we dedicate and devote to our nation ?

Cruelty to animals, man's worst instinct,
How many would we still make extinct ?

Gender equality another real concern,
How long will leave women to inside burn ?

My beauty is only skin deep, to delight of a lover,
Silky white gown, perfect choice of a ravisher !!

A baronial zing of blue jacket
Blithesome attitude,
Allures me to join navy,
A credence to serve countrymen,

When territories enter a ballicose
Only to belittle through broach,
Or to lull enemy by celerity
Not by swindling but by courage,

Howsoever contentious is the situation
To prevent from contretemps,
Think better of,
Think much of ,
Think through !!
