“Spring is when life's alive in everything.” Christina Rossetti
Springtime Splendour
SPRING TIME UNDER VISIBLE WAY
Radiantly making headway
To carpet the hills with deep green
And sprinkle beauty across land
A BEE COMES DANCING EAGERLY
From midst of its honeyed perfume
To a park with flowers in bloom
To seek nectar for its beehive
BIRDS COMING DOWN EARNESTLY FREE
Are welcome to their breeding grounds
With open arms and joyful heart
Until time for them to depart
GOLDEN HYACINTH, IRIS, JASMINE, KALMIA
And many more, comely flowers
Adorn the alleys and park side
Nature`s sensory springtime pride

the moon takes its place
the stars embellish the sky
a radiant night
the wisdom of the unseen
the mystery of stillness
the queen of the night
arises from the chamber
the glow of the night
the pageantry of the sky
creation of many years
tales of the night
the wisdom of the aged
wonders of twilight
the moon struts about the sky
around are tiny twinkles

Southern Rata (is a stunning Kiwi Tree)
Red or scarlet harlots instead...a bucolic frolic..
Tranches spread as if bulbous branches have gorgeously bled..
Overpowering flowering towers glimmer…fanciful fairytale shimmers showering...
Such vim...swim on a whim..sprouting on an outing from their pouting wooden limb....
A delight..refining..shining bright.. defining.. these bizarrely beautifully gnarly trees...
Crimson collage..insisting snarling tendril darlings..timber tentacles twisting…a magical mirage....
Marooned yet cocooned in a festooned lagoon...wouldn't barter anything…
To swoon at the miracle..spectacular boon of Southern Rata ...

one of my favouraite songs is titled
how great is our God
dear Jesus
let us rejoice
open our hearts
and lift up our voice
give glory to your nàme
magnificent in every way
helping us as we pray
thinking of you our king
and the joy that you bring
as you sit upon your throne
we give thanks
for calling us your own. Amen
Psalm 29:4 ESV
The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
Job 37:22 ESV
Out of the north comes golden splendour; God is clothed with awesome majesty.
Psalm 21:5 ESV
His glory is great through your salvation; splendour and majesty you bestow on him.
Isaiah 24:14 ESV
They lift up their voices, they sing for joy; over the majesty of the Lord they shout from the west. Amen

The most splendorous success was man landing on the moon
The most splendorous success was Christ Jesus surfacing on Earth
Yes: The most splendorous success was the moon meeting man

Sophia
Fallen and broken
Once a kite of luminous splendour
Guided by the motherly wind of heaven
Broken everywhere, like a shattered mirror of light
Tossed back and forth on the ocean's ripples
Once a luna moth on the Pleroma's shore
Who saw her own light on the waves
Deceived by her own silvery allure
Soon the only-begotten sun
A child just seven days old
Saved his broken toy
His broken friend
And lost sister

Summer's excitement over, veiled Fall tiptoes softly
tantalizing, with aroma of golden sunshine,
decoupage of leaves - cerise, tangerine, crimson-red
a riot of colours on bountiful maple and playful pine!
whimsical season filling hearts in euphoric delight,
I see dreams of my zestful youth in soaring leaves
swooshing, floating, drifting around, often fluttering,
few sprawled on the ground summer's dreams weave.
one last rose beaming, present final dance of a ballerina,
jinias glimmering with streaks of light in golden breeze,
merciless wind will soon blow away their enchanting stories,
before they leave, witness fall splendour in the grandiose trees.
a rare painting by nature, pageant sure to win,
beauty of a fairyland, in soothing cascade of light,
Autumnal grandeur softly envelopes summer's beauty
Nature and it's endless gifts, behold a gorgeous sight!

Leaves commence the dance of splendour
In illustrious September
In colours of red, brown and gold
The fall is glory to behold.
What joy it is to stand and stare
As autumnal trees shed their ware
When the trees are stripped of their braid
October sees leaf carpets laid.
When fall has had its final fling
Then begins seasonal upswing
Earth starts annual cooling down
Preparing for winter touchdown.
Beauty of fall can’t be denied
By those who are blessed with fine eyes
Embrace glory of planet earth
For every season brings its mirth.

September sun setting low,
Fall in all its golden glow;
Anticyclones hold transient sway
As mist forms ,at the close of day.
Dogwood,jasmine,marram grass
In flower ,as pressure fills the barometer glass;
Evening primrose in scented bloom
Fill Autumn with pungent perfume.
Winter migrants with welcome calls
As the Indian Summer falters,and falls;
Nature's tempo tarries,then slows
As all creation begins to doze.

A New Hope
Straddling waves, changing tides
Turbulent sea, bumpy ride
Still, the anchor holds
To destination progress
Wake up and smell the morning
It's the dawn of a new day
Clear blue sky, bright new morn
Sun smiling in sweet splendour
The aroma of a fresh hope
Greets the nose with lingering incense
Savour the dish
Dine and be full
Life is what we make of it
Arm yourself with knowledge and truth
Harm ignorance and falsehood
Salt and sugar look alike but
Taste different
Come with nothing
Fight for everything
Return with spoils
Like the spreading ripples
At the drop of a pebble
Life is but a riddle

Greenery stretches
As far as your eyes can reach
An abundance of green tones
Reflecting signs of life and youth
Looking soft, tender and non-aggressive
Signifying kindness and patience
Love and affection
Maybe imbedded with a little jealousy
Because of the admiration for
The vibrance and brightness of some other colours
Every colour has its dream
The green colour also has its dream
An increasing touch of splendour from sunlight
And maybe some hearty attention
from man
Whoever is a nature lover

Awaiting bristled whisper of ghost jounced leaves
Lain gazing galaxies far from terra's tarpaulin roof
Exciting diamonds claw for cosy navy ink reprieve
Hark my insignificance in succinct majesty's truth
Hushed by muchness, my warmth absorbs His plenty
Lapped by luminous lure, iced gateau half eaten moon
Crumbled among sudden calm of Master's immensity
Awash in melodic acknowledgement, midnight's tune
Flung hungry flouresce of surged fireflies fighting
Tenure very temporary, attempt to reach realisation
Spread as cake laden table, sugary array imbibing
Drunk on the gifts of gateau smile faced dedication
Heavy sun slumbers elsewhere, heat not apparent
Reality rests unreadable, dispelled from night haven
Swum in wonder of dark desire, denying my errant
Shot stars instrusive find my heart entirely enslaven

Nature beckons me with its charm ~
trees waving in the wind
wish me good morning from their farm;
birds chirrup, their music plays on,
young ones squeak in response,
I love hearing these sounds at dawn;
honeybees, butterflies float by,
busy waking flowers,
I watch them with a content sigh,
buds open up their little heads,
sun rays smile at dewdrops,
charming me as morn's splendour spreads.
