ego was proud
since mind was nimble
touch tender traded
for a mere symbol
I wonder if
You hear my thoughts
I love you
With a thousand noughts
Invisible
Like a gentle breeze
Of affirmation
Rustles trees
I wonder if
Within your dreams
Affection flows
As living streams
Of hope and joy
Into your mind
As eyelids flutter
Undefined
I wonder if
As night revolves
You hug me
And all fear dissolves
For as you dwell
In distant land
In nightime world
I hold your hand
To skip and laugh
To sit and be
Content to share
Your company
I wonder if
Love, so terrific
Still lives beyond

Looking for a potent punch line,
on thoughts began to wine and dine,
which noticed not flutter of heart,
caused by love which for love does pine.
Vibrant living is a learnt art,
that needs us to add joy to cart,
koel’s song, taking all along,
the way soul’s ascent, we kick start.
Throb of love discerns right from wrong,
making aura bright and mind strong,
without which we’re on earth adrift,
oblivious to God’s bliss gong.
Dear poet, why merely words sift,
when in cave of heart, glows God’s gift,
radiant light, shining so bright,
enabling our consciousness shift?

Singe not, whinge not on top of hinges
Binge not, cringe not and wreak not disorder.
