Whispers through her eyes
Often gazes the skimmers in twilight
More overly,
more mesmerized as her heart was in delight
She cupped the melodies, through the true sights
All what she whispered, all what the heart hides
the beautious bell, the nightingale dwells in ride
the classiness she carried through the presence
She softly bamboozled Wrath with inner elegance
the spring danced through her fragrance
and lives with her consistency and transparency
the mountains slipped after her magnificence
the oceans freezed after her resplendence
from where she came,
the heaven for sure, the rose of Eden's garden
the droplet blinks in sunlight, the swings of rainbow
the profound pearl, the morning whisper
how did I glorify her glory?
how did I propose her preposterous grip?
she rumored, the world rumored
She caved, the world caved
Her lips smudge, her cheek’s energies,
the entrance to moonlight muse, slightly fused
up to the seven stars, she never swirled a reduced
beyond bitterness of society, she grasp the loveliness
the melody of solence, the voice of innocence
forever and forever deep dancing delight
She is named as Ella, the goddess of light.

A ricochet of light
skimmers across the moor
Goose in flight
The rivers iced over
Dusty paths await you
A blade of grass
lusts after the dew
A giant Willow presides
down the bank

"Unfortunately, it’s unrealistic to rescue all wildlife impacted during oil spills." - quote by NOAA on oil-spills
--------------------------------------------------
Even oil spills on ocean surface roars
Grieving the odd dead birds washed up on shores
A few gallons slicks, crude sink
Spillers and Skimmers off sync
Priceless space tools - a gamble on all fours

Dim tunnels curve a segmented ocean.
Bat-winged feeding specters
browse glass. Scaly hulls
blow gas tanks. Rainbow skimmers
flick and soar.
A child’s sweet nose pressed
against a face so horrible,
bubbles of fear pop
in my brain.
Above us, jellyfish swim,
dendritic minds dangling.
tentacles of electric awareness.
Sharks circle waiting to be fed.
shark lovers, perhaps fantasying’
swimming in and out
of their bloody teeth.
It’s a movie - we gawp and admire,
shiver and savor
between margins of beauty
and grotesque gulping’s.
Red and blue squadrons
of directional floor arrows,
lead us out into the light -
a place that some believe
is a safer landscape.

the gray green frogs
that often
silently squat as still as bricks
and blocks
around the pear-shaped garden pond
are frisky
restless
they plop in and out of the weedy water
boasting bigly as they billow out
many a full-throated croak
- a raucous gasconade
that both far and near
splashes upon the ear
they declare
a coming of a wetting
as bimbo thighed
legs akimbo and wagging
they swim
through cloudy waves
of mincing midges
- and other madcap
bity water-skimmers
a sure telling of a drenching
with a later drip
of rainbow glimmers

Bring green barges for the winching,
heft a portage of willowy thrones
for the wind thrummers,
gild each gap with dewy vines.
A droning in the leaf shelters,
all the humming skimmers
grown beyond their husks.
Gather the garner to be had
sift and share.
Time to haul-in Lady flaxen hair
her goldenrods dancing.
We have windows, behind them
volant dragons glitter
and whisk.
We see her serpent forms
in the airy whim.
We have lashes on ox-eye buds,
honeycombed fodder
in the silky sap,
tidings leap,
utter bright on every tongue.
It is the rivering. The Spring awakening
and the rioters are weaving sunlight
everywhere.

Dark clear waters of Christmas Bay
So peaceful it bring naught to say.
A near perfect sky; sunny Texas day
Reflects in dark waters of Christmas Bay.
Flying Fish leap and Sea-Gulls cry,
Where the Dolphins play and jump so high.
My little boat with my fishing poles sway,
And dance in dark waters of Christmas Bay.
Here is where tides rise and fall,
Where all my stress and cares grow small
They seems to just simply melt away
In dark waters of Christmas Bay.
Wind blows Mosquitoes to keep from the bite
As the Pelican flies and the Osprey cry
As Black-Skimmers dives to skim a wave.
Over dark waters of Christmas Bay.
Here the Stingray and Flounder cool.
And here the Sheephead and Red Fish school,
And Blue Crabs have so little to say,
Here in dark waters of Christmas Bay.
Shadows of clouds turn the water gray,
Where Gulf brine meets black gumbo clay.
A stiff Gulf breeze gives salt grass a nod
I find Christmas Bay to be a gift from God.
I send Heaven a prayer; as I do each day,
For few be the place to obtain such grace
Which begs my heart for a reason to stay,
As the clear dark waters of Christmas Bay.
