Premium Member Jay Had a Waggish Way
He had an endearing, waggish way
Mischievous was my cousin Jay
Played tricks on me and my friend Kay
She is still smitten to this day...

Premium Member Ogden Nash
I revere the witty verse of Ogden Nash,

Whose versifications are so waggish and brash!

His work elicited from the masses many a guffaw.

Alas, he met his doom after consuming infected slaw!

Just Pray With All Your Heart
J-ust pray with all your heart,
E-ntreat God for aid anew;
N-ever let an insincere
N-or feigned phrase come from
Y-ou.

P-ray with all your heart,
I-nside the sacred sanctuary;
N-ever say waggish word,
A-s well as term so phony.
L-ove, faith, and hope must be sensed right from the start;
O-n Friday February sixteenth, just pray with all your heart....

30th of November
This 30th of November,
I can be dragged down by
   men
that I loved. And they feel no guilty
   I’m caged in maturity.

A little girl tugs my fuchsia leg-split
“Tear it or tear down”.
     Fear
of getting lost
Neverland
with a waggish Peter Pan
  makes promises and never brings
or the world’s much like flame
in sin where men are hell king....

Enso
I have some amazing collections!

The moon, dark lacunae etched all over,
Broke pearls strung on failed ideas,
Hideous rocks, amassed from my life's path,
A worn-out journal and it's mortifying pages.
The crowds that I always go against,
My unique dancers, shaking a leg with me at times,
And every perfect morn I start by
A waggish baboon that awaits in the mirror to laugh at.

Swaying turbulent ripples of musings

Unfold my heart’s deep yearnings.

Numb inside with perturbed passions,

Flaring eyes digging clock and my ears

Lament for the whispers of your secrets.

Overcame the senses from bleak emptiness.

Waggish eyes sighted glints of sunflowers,

Ecstatic by swapping voluminous exchanges,

Roamed my soul secretly in the thoughts of yours!

"Morris" The Manx

A "tailess" menace is what he can be..
Getting into everything; so full of energy!

A cheshire grin, a pair of big mischievous eyes..
Jumping out of nowhere, he likes to surprise!

He prances around, chasing everything freestyle.
Frolicking about, I have to smile.

Running like a rabbit, he climbs up a tree!
Clawing his way back down with such gallantry!

This "tailess" menace, noble, smart and robust!
I just love my waggish Manx in all his glorious zaniness!...
