Uttering those words
out loud as if they 'd been just
discovered, you did
bring them into their knees like
a newfound land's conqueror.
when uttering a fowl cluck
was told I was pushin' my luck
but as my defense-a
the chicks weren't from mensa
and bought my routine as a duck
There was a gent named Hackle
With a temper he’d oft unshackle.
He was known to scream
Uttering curses in a stream
And then pop, snap, and crackle.
I’m Sorry
By treading on the emotions of another, daily,
And later uttering the words “I’m Sorry”
We have made it no more than our get out of jail free card

My very inspiration, a light there in the dark
Uttering, magically, words igniting sparks
Satiating, wonderfully, the need to pen in verse
Eagerly providing the words to fill the thirst
I refrain from uttering for I know what it would mean
I am sorry but I definately would not intervene
Such heartbreak such confusion
My heart is so full of delusion
Yet I will not convene!
surfaces
hand-planed and
dovetail-joined …
with deft hand
he pets his
creation
uttering
craftsmanship
ain't dead yet.

then Tweety turns into a most clever sinister brat

Heart, what do you want?
Is it in front?
Uttering those whispers,
You show me hopes of glimmers.
Heart, are you confused?
While my soul is used.
But you, be at ease.
As the divine will show you peace.
At night the silence fills the air
Uttering sounds that are so unclear
But it better than any nightmare
And so I stand here
In the cold air
With my last breath
And a huge thirst
And I won't fright
Cause of whats left
There is a star in the galaxy of Zy
Where the people speak by uttering sighs
On reconasance to find a land dry
Landed near a bench where Henry Parks took his naps
With outstretched arms he let out a sigh, within seconds he was zapped
.
So soft and pleasant
mine kith’s tumid humid lips
pressing on these hips
Uttering strongly
the vociferous pert miss
quivering
gasping
causing mine
limp

Subtle kisses in the dark
Can you see me?
Soft and gentle embraces without uttering a single word
Do you feel me?
My presence has left me and stumbled upon you
Anxiousness causes heart throbs of dissonance
Do you love me?
Lip biting has become inevitable
Spitting on the happy couple at Greek weddings
Is a tradition that the bride and groom are really dreading
There's another disgusting practice
An exhibition of much flatulence
By guests uttering “FTOU” it prevents bed-wetting
(Look it up LOL)
they go
into the uttering fire
enter
- no more talking
the rubble is piled high
higher than the high houses
men in turrets
crush
they lick their dry lips
they listen
to the flames
ash falls within an oily rain
a dead face in the flames
begins to talk
In this world
of symbolic living
so much knowing
To little of doing
so much starving
No feeding
In this world
of symbolic striving
so much muttering
To much of nothing
so much uttering
no creating
In this world
of symbolic dying
so much wasting
To much idolizing
so much crying
No synchronizing

I sit uttering the common words,
NO GUTS, NO GLORY, but what of me?
What of the bone, the structure,
The planning for the plot?
Why am I denied recognition
For remaining in the background?
I was still here. It was me. Alas,
No guts. No glory
Everyday most awaken to a quest acquiring more
Never considering just closing the door
Oddly no matter how many gulps of the juice taken
Uttering that a thirst is quenched would be godforsaken
Genuine gratitude for things that are not purchased fluff
Have a selfless comfort always knowing it's enough
Trying to make the poetry prose
Or the prose poetic again
I insulted the meaning
With juxtaposition
Stabbing an idea
That should have been shot
Killing a verse
That should have been saved
Thinking the truth
While uttering a lie
Forming the words
—unable to speak
(Villanova Pennsylvania: May, 2014)
Isolation is to be left out
when you want to be in
It is the cruelest of emotions
Leaving you alone
to count how many times you got let down
and eventually lose track
It is uttering a cry from the depths of your soul
and waiting forever for that reply
I despise the feeling of isolation
I think everyone does
The words pierced through my heart
Shattering every hope I held for her.
Those shared dreams; the house on the hill
Love, that's her name, the cutest girl ever.
Those words linger, echoing relentlessly
"You're just too unattractive to me now!"
How I wish she'd just left
Without uttering a word.
What an end!
Please leave me alone
I remember her so much off and on!
Now no one can make my time worthwhile
By uttering those amazing words
By keeping me busy in my works!
I make a garland of story
With pieces of my memory!
I carry this gem of pain to her
On my lonely way to hereafter
With her own wealth I decorate her!
