This is me, no airs, pretensions, nor put-ons
Take me, squeeze me, slather my upper echelons
May detect a wee whimper
Now here comes the clincher
Will sing Portugal's national anthem with timbre

Quid pro quo
Give and take
How it should
Have been
Take take take
Is how things
Really were
50%50% my ass
More like 20% 80%
Not equal at all
Always seemed
To have the
Emotional upper hand
Over me
From the internal of the internal,
to the throne of the Eternal,
the bitter turns sweeter
scening eternity to the sigher,
soothing and solacing the sinner ,
and O! silencing the sneaky serpent.
Like an eagle it causes the drooping sobbing spirit
to rise over salty storms.
I hold the power in my hand
to harness light across the land
there's beauty in love's synchronicity
when sharing happens with reciprocity

One couple of days the purple sky
of red did say without a reason why,
the reason why I speak
is that I'm mute please take a peek
at the vocabulary because you're blind,
please slow down don't lag behind,
first place is for the loser of the race,
and do not run in UPPER CASE.
Mary Smith, a famous knocker-upper
in London's East End,
Shot dried peas with her pea shooter.
At workers windows
to wake them up
to get to work on time
Every morning
Mary walks up and down
the east end with her pea shooter
Shooting dried peas at the shattered windows
waking everybody up to that familiar tune
of tap tap tapping dried peas
on my window.
There was once absolute darkness, or ‘a mass of nothingness’.
But then there was ‘A Suddenness’; and since then, there has always been ‘something’; here, there, and literally everywhere.
There will never be total chaos, annihilation, or complete obliteration.
Some look around and see doom; others look up and observe sparkles of hope.

My buddy will always be
like poetry.
But sadly,
the poetry itself caused suddenly
an emotional rift.
And I thought
she will be standing firmly
at her stand
and I would remain feeling
stupidly upper hand and silently drift.
But she
proved herself to be the better one
just to make me realise graciously
a real buddy bond does not ever
break or shift
and showed me thawing my heart
with the sweet surprise of a
buddy caring gift.
