the interlude brings fortitude,
denys the old frustration,
but in the solid quite-atude, (new one)
unleashes inspiration...

Unusually uninviting ultraviolets unleashes unrelenting unpleasantness underneath unique umbrellas,
uncomfortably upsetting us,
until umbra unexpectedly unloads ultimate Utopia upon us.
Tired of lying about why she is crying,
She soon unleashes the truth of how she is feeling,
But nobody, close to none, knew the true meaning
Behind how she is always deceptively smiling.
Children leaving home
Starting a life without us
time to turn the page
A fresh coat of paint
brings fresh opportunities
making things brighter
Each stroke of the brush
Unleashes a memory
Tears begin to fall
Love, a fleeting feeling
Love, rock steady and secure
Love, unleashes hurt and pain
Love, heals one's whole domain
Love, perhaps a coincidence
Love, definitely a decision
Love, at worst, a biochemical reaction
Love, at best, a wholly divine collision
Lonely, a lost and weary soul
Unlovable to say the least,
Yet I let myself believe, oh no!
In love, that most foul beast!
It always rips out my heart
And shreds me into scattered pieces.
I should have seen from the start
What so-called love unleashes.
The body mind and soul in divine material consciousness,
Unleashes false ego annihilating awareness;
But nature inherits all the ingredients of true dharma,
While "I" individuals contemplate they perpetrate karma;
Between dharma and karma it is the knowledgeable Saya,
That remains unattached to the ever evasive Maya.
Crocodile mama is so sweet,
She lays her eggs in a pit so neat.
When her young cannot hatch
They yell for their mama,
And she will quickly dispatch
Herself, heading straight toward them
Bearing down, she unleashes them all,
Soaring toward their waiting call.
With her babies, so safe and neat,
Crocodile mama is so sweet.
Exhilaration
sits proudly
a peacock preening.
Earth unleashes smells:
leaf moulds, flower blooms,
such dizzying scents.
Aging trees below the canyon
a network of shadows
on the deep blue of a lake.
Reflections on water
images etched in fine swirls
circle upon circle
shimmer, vanish, shimmer, gone.

Covid madness sweeps through the world
General Corona
unleashes his army
the invisible army
upon the world
killing millions
in its wake
spreading chaos and death
as he rides in
on the black horse of death
harbinger of the end of days
destroyer of worlds
ending of the world
revelations come to life

My God has gifted me;
My God has lifted me;
O and He unleashes me;
I confess with my mouth those sins that bound me;
My God Son
His name Jesus
So in His name
Jesus
surely freed I will be
For you see
God has said,
"so if my Son sets you free
you ARE TRULY FREE."

WRITTEN WORDS BY James Edward Lee Sr. 2020©
They linger on your lips so valiant,
this melded tapestry of shades.
A frame on nails tinted aquamarine.
Vibrance squared is aquamarine,
to peel it back unleashes the valiant.
Potency lies in a spectrum’s shades.
Wild plethora highlights vivid shades,
each one bonds with aquamarine.
Collectively seen as prismatic valiant.
Seize valiant shades of aquamarine.
Amour, being capricious, dictates
emotions from gratified hearts,
intertwined joyously, keeping
love momentous.
Noting opposite’s prior
quintessential reticence,
sensual teasing unleashes visceral,
wondrous X-rated, youthful zeal.

To love someone who couldn’t love back the same way
Only to be used and than discarded for there own selfish needs
Left out in a storm filled with darkness, no meaning why, but left
Hunkering down as the storm unleashes its worst upon your heart and soul
Bearing to witness the pain and sorrow
of days and weeks to months
It feels like hell
Letting go isn’t an option
Soft sprinkling shower
Paper rustling in the sky
A gift is unwrapped
Quiet is the grass
Awaiting relief that comes
One drop at a time
The sky grinds his teeth
He unleashes a wild roar
His clouds churn with wrath
Ice rocks hit tin roofs
Ammunition from the sky
Rings through the air
The storm sings to me
A love song of cracks and booms
My favorite kind
Sometimes it unleashes its tentacles,
and tries to drag our blissful spirit
with it, into the nothingness that
is darkness. The monster loves to feed
on our fears, anger, and lust.
Sometimes the monster is fed so well,
that it consumes the soul of its host,
or turns its host into an evil vassal.
To close its portal within us, we need
spiritual nourishment each day....

I love poetry
For it mirrors society
It heals the ills of society
I love poetry; not for money
For it a remarkable prodigy
It unleashes the world of creativity
I love poetry
I have been reciting them since birth
For they are a great myth
I love poetry; they are satirical
To me it a religion
For they are spiritual
I love poetry; but what for
That comparing my strength
To that of a lion; is a metaphor
I walked across the dewy plains,
glistening in the nearly-risen sun,
listening to the wind whip wildly through the coarse weeds.
A cloud far off in the distance, heavy with rainy tears,
finally unleashes itself, pouring down the life-giving water.
I turn around, away from the sun, and see the pink clouds of a new dawn.
Perhaps, some day, I will return to this place,
and remember it like I used to know it.
he's here,
born silent;
tapped on tush,
cries
unleashes
floodgates
of happy tears
parents,
relieved.
love...
at first sight!

It hurls it's fury
With a force gale strong
It unleashes in volume
Destruction all along
It tempts all fate
Making no room for debate
Fury blew open hell's door
A pathway of debris
As far as the eye could see
You poured out miserable grief
To the unsuspected,
You preyed on the weak
Volumes of water so high
Ravaging the land
No match was beast or man
Helpless to do anything they can.
Form:
Walking into Hell
Untamed monster
unleashes havoc
upon the dry
sweltering land.
Breaths of intense heat
radiates outward's,
spreading rapidly.
Flickering reddish arms
stretches grabbing,
and devours all.
Sparks race ahead
fiery inferno,
ignites with burning anger.
Dark billowing plumes
of intoxicating dense blackness.
Houses quake in horror,
exploding from within.
Faces tremble in fear,
suffocating gasses
smother's lives out!
Form:
Earth
Trembles
A little
More each time with
Each barbaric act
We open up the sore
A glacier shrinks silently
Temperatures rise, its tears fall
Land erodes as each wave battles cliff
As we all edge further to the abyss
Notice given but rejected as folly
Earth unleashes its deadly armour
Brutal, unforgiving force moves
Relentless, without mercy
Drives humanity back
Self healing begins
Nature rises
Like Phoenix
From ash
Fly
Earth
Trembles
A little
More each time with
Each barbaric act
We open up the sore
A glacier shrinks silently
Temperatures rise, its tears fall
Land erodes as each wave battles cliff
As we all edge further to the abyss
Notice given but rejected as folly
Earth unleashes its deadly armour
Brutal, unforgiving force moves
Relentless, without mercy
Drives humanity back
Self healing begins
Nature rises
Like Phoenix
From ash
Fly
Words that made sense
are now cleansed
The monster buried deep within
unleashes again
The tears and blood fought back
It's clarity that I lack
Remember!to keep moving
Forget everything you're leaving
Start again,all new
It's a quality only possessed by few
Reality may hit you hard
Painful!I agree is to pick up the broken shards
Broken glass cannot be fixed
So does one's heart
Stop crying my dear
One day you will confront your fears
Darkness is the presence that was divided
from the light on Day 1 of creation
and was named “night” by God, the Creator;
the veil that descends, as He intends,
dismissing sun’s last rays at close of day.
Darkness dwells its allotted time
and departs, relinquishing Earth to the light.
Darkness is the cover under which
mankind unleashes unspeakable evil,
not in accordance with the Creator’s intentions.
