Crocodile Mama Is So Sweet

Crocodile mama is so sweet,
She lays her eggs in a pit so neat.

When her young cannot hatch
They yell for their mama,
And she will quickly dispatch

Herself, heading straight toward them
Bearing down, she unleashes them all,
Soaring toward their waiting call.

With her babies, so safe and neat,
Crocodile mama is so sweet.

Crocodile Mama is a very responsible Mum. I think she'd be honored that you wrote about her.

I shall take this to her and ask. But I will not get too close, because she may not speak human.

This is great. I love crocodiles. There is a pleasing lilt to the poem and the imagery of all those babies made me smile.
