connie, you used language so well in this abc to come up with a deep and coherent proper poem - not easy to do with this form! i thought the first four lines were particularly outstanding (i think the poem would benefit from a comma or two in that final line to break it up a bit) - congrats on your win in my contest!

I love this, Connie. I enjoy the ABC poems that are clear, not just a muddled pool of ABC words. You went with a clear idea and followed through. Hope to see it on the chart! by the way, joe not working late any more so I have no time to stay here tonight. Gotta run upstairs to do dinner. Oh I hate this new schedule of his. also, you mentioned emails. Didn't you get the one I sent about his test results for the insurance company? haha. It's a funny one!
